Our chalet is situated in the heart of the Chamonix town with beautiful views of Mont Blanc and the Glacier des Bossons.
A great location for ski and apres ski La Brise is situated in the heart of Chamonix town. For easy access to the slopes the teleski de Savoy is located just behind the house across the road, less than a minute's walk, and this teleski connects to the Brevent Cable Car at the top - the Brevent cable car provides direct access to the Brevent and Flegere ski areas. The bus stop for all other ski areas is conveniently situated just down the road on the left handside, less than 2 minutes walk away.
Chamonix Square with numerous bars, restaurants, supermarket & ski hire is on your doorstep you don't need to venture far to find everything you need.
For those requiring car parking space, Parking St Michel is just behind the house.

Located on the ground floor of this lovely free standing chalet this recently renovated and newly furnished 75 sq metre apartment with three bedrooms is perfect for families and friends in winter or summer.
La Brise Apartment 1 is located less than 5 minutes walk from Chamonix’s main square and only 10 minutes walk from the Brevent cable car. The apartment has a spacious, open plan feel to it with high ceilings and mountain views from all the bedrooms and living area. There is Wifi throughout.
Although this three bedroom apartment sleeps up to seven people it is one of three privately owned holiday rental apartments in the same building and is therefore also ideal for larger groups of up to 16 people who wish to book all three apartments.
The apartment is comfortably furnished with wooden floors throughout and a contemporary style.
The lounge/dining area has large floor to ceiling windows and is open plan which gives a spacious and modern layout to the room. There is an L shaped settee with coffee table, dining table and seating for seven people plus tv and Wifi.
The kitchen which runs the length of the living area is also open plan with plenty of work space, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and ample cooking/dining ware for seven people.
The bedrooms are all accessed from the living area.
Bedroom 1 is a twin bedded room with wardrobe, bedside tables and drawers.
Bedroom 2 has a single plus bunk beds, wardrobe, bedside table and drawers.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds, a double wardrobe, drawers and large windows with Mont Blanc views.
Bathrooms 1 and 2 are modern and white with shower, large heated towel rail, washbasin and toilet.
The apartment has it’s own lockable ski room in the basement.

Although there is no private parking with the apartment there are three municipal car parks within five minutes walk.
Preferred changeover day is Saturday but we are happy to consider more flexible breaks.

Winter in Chamonix
Chamonix is one of the best ski resorts in the world. With 5 ski resorts in the Chamonix Valley, there is something for skiers of all levels:

More advanced skiers/boarders wanting to experience a 20km run through the most beautiful scenery in The Alps should ski the Vallee Blanche - not least because the ascent is by cable car to Aiguille Du Midi, the highest cable car in Europe.

Chamonix is a mecca for climbers in Winter & Summer alike with the summit of Mont Blanc being the ultimate challenge. However there are numerous rock climbing activities going on throughout the valley.
Mountain biking in the Chamonix valley is superb. With all the cable cars, the downhill is sublime. Renting a bike is easy in the area and there's a free pamphlet of all bike trails available from the Tourist Office.
Paragliding and white water rafting are both also on your doorstep should you want to give them a try.

...quite simply is the best in The Alps! There are loads of bars, cafes & nightclubs. Our fav bar is Chambre Neuf check out the website www.chambre9.eu
Due to the location of the apartment, everything you should need is on your doorstep including bars, restaurants, pharmacies, boulangeries, supermarkets, ski & Bike hire shops etc. The Brevent ski lift is a 10 min walk. The bus stop for all other pistes is a 2 min walk away.
It's a 5 minute walk to the The Centre Sportif Richard Bozon in Chamonix which has a swimming pool complex with four different pools: one 50m outdoor pool (usually summer only), a 25m indoor pool, a kids playing pool and a paddling pool. The complex also has a hydroslide for all ages! Our kids love this place...
No trip to Chamonix would be complete without a trip on the Montenvers miniature railway up to the Mer de Glace, France's largest glacier.

"Excellent location, well furnished & comfortable apartment"
Great location near the centre of Chamonix and close to hiking routes. The apartment is well furnished (and perhaps recently as everything seemed new) and was comfortable and pleasant to stay in. We had our 18 month old daughter. Lots of space for her to play and because it was open plan, we could always see where she was.
Only downsides were the parking ie none and not even a handy drop off point and we were told we'd be met on arrival but weren't met at all so had to muddle through. This was fine as the pre-arrival instructions were good but when you expect to be met it's a let down not to be.
If we ever return to Chamonix, I would stay here again and I would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

"Wonderful location, lots of space, great kitchen"
The apartment is in a great location - near the center of Chamonix, near buses to the ski resorts, near Brevant (the closest resort), near several grocery stores, not far from ski rental locations.
The apartment had lots of space and storage space. We cooked meals the entire time so enjoyed having new appliances in the kitchen. The towel heaters in the bathrooms were wonderful for drying socks and mittens after skiing. The big table in the kitchen was great for meals but also for using laptops. Having wifi was so convenient.
