The property is a beautiful chalet set amongst approximately 1300sqm of gardens in the centre of Chamonix. Apartment, Sapin 3, is on the 2nd floor and provides a very spacious 75m2 of living space that can accommodate groups of up to 6 people. From the front gates, a tree lined drive takes you to the chalet and private covered parking for all of our guests. With only about 250m to walk to get to the pedestrian centre of Chamonix, the property is one of few with this amount of surrounding space, so close to the centre of town. In summer, the gardens provide ample room for sunbathing and BBQ, all with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi in the back ground. Children can play safely in the confines of the garden. In winter, the main ski bus stop is two minutes walk away.
Decorated to a very high standard the apartment has three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one twin room. All bedrooms have fitted cupboards and chests of drawers. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and there is a second separate bathroom. The kitchen has all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Private parking is a real plus. Furniture and beds were comfortable which makes a change for a ski resort. Kitchen - more pans and large dishes would be useful for the number of people staying. Sharing one toilet with no window or extractor fan, not great . |

To confirm the reservation we ask 25% of the total amount. The rest is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
The price is inclusive of bedding and towels, as well as the local tax (taxe de sejour) and end of stay cleaning.
A second consecutive week receives 10% off the second week. Last minute reductions may be available. Long weekends possible. Please email us to find out about full or part catered costs.
Acceptable forms of payment are; by bank transfer, Euro cheque or by Visa, MasterCard or Maestro. All payments by bank transfer will include all bank charges so that the correct amount is received. If paying by credit card there the following extra charge will be taken: 3% for cards from countries outside the euro zone and 1% for cards from euro zone countries.
Regardless of payment method, credit card details of the renter will be taken prior to commencement of the holiday to cover possible apartment/chalet damage.
Cleaning charge: Cleaning is provided for each apartment inclusive in the cost of the holiday and includes, cleaning bathrooms, toilet, kitchen spaces, windows, and floors. It does not include removing opened food / beverages / rubbish from the apartment, or washing dirty crockery, cutlery, glassware, pans and cooking appliances or oven trays. Please remove all rubbish, opened and out of date foods and beverages before checking out of the apartment, and ensure that all crockery, cutlery, glassware, pans/ cooking appliances and oven trays are thoroughly cleaned, dried and put back in their place. An extra charge of 60 € will be made to the credit card number taken if this is not done.
