This stylish, contemporary duplex apartment is great for up to four people. The property is located within minutes of the town centre, ski facilities, the sports Centre, restaurants, supermarkets and all the amenities of Chamonix. The apartment is situated on the first floor of the building with a lift / elevator for your convenience. It has satellite TV including english channels, WiFi, washing machine and dishwasher. There are 2 private underground parking spaces for cars in the basement, plus a ski locker and bike storage room.
The first floor of the apartment is open plan with kitchen, dining area and lounge leading onto a sunny south facing balcony with fantastic views of Mont Blanc and Les Bossons Glacier. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one master bedroom with ensuite shower and sink, and a second bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms have sky light windows and mountain views. The family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, designer wash basin in stone and ceramic, plus another toilet.
In the winter you are close to the Savoy Nursery ski slope in the centre of Chamonix and from here you can take the poma lift up to the main ski station for Brevent. We can book children in for ski lessons here too. The ski du fond track starts just beyond the sports centre if you fancy trying your hand at this, ask us for more details. There is also a bus stop just outside the apartment building for easy access to the other ski lifts in Chamonxi valley. In the summer you're in a prime location for the swimming pool and aqua slides, lakes, water-rafting, tennis club, mountain biking and river walks all on your doorstep.

Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday, but we are flexible on your dates and also offer season letting. Just let us know your requirements and we will work out a price for you.
We are also happy to offer discounts on bookings of more than week.
As a security against damages Chamonix All Year, who manage the apartment, will also pre-authorise a damage deposit of £400.00 on your bank card. They will contact you to request these bank card details once your booking is confirmed by Holiday Lettings and the damage deposit will be pre-authorised approx. 7-10 days before your arrival in Chamonix. This will be automatically released 28 days after the date it is authorised and only once the accommodation has been checked after your departure. If you would like the authorisation cancelled sooner than this automatic release then please contact us after your departure.

Chamonix is the perfect holiday destination for any season! You'll be surprised at the size of this alpine mountain town and the amount it has to offer you. Chamonix sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around.
The skiing in Chamonix has a reputation for steep unforgiving runs, and there is enough on-piste challenge to provide a work-out for even the most advanced skiers. There is also plenty of skiing for the intermediate skier, enormous off-piste potential and some of the best ski touring in the world.
Historic Chamonix is a cosmopolitan town full of life and incredible scenery. In addition to the Ski season for which it is famous, there are hundreds of shops, countless restaurants, bars, clubs and a casino. There is also the sports centre with indoor and outdoor pools, ice rink, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails and an 18 hole golf course. There's always plenty to do for the children too. Chamonix also has a the highest cable car in Europe to take you to the top of Mont Blanc and the Montenvers train to visit the Sea of Ice glacier and ice grotto. Plus cinema, Alpine Museum and a local market on Saturday morning - selling a wide range of local produce.
With a huge range of on and off mountain activities, there is something for everyone throughout the year. Chamonix is a place you'll want to come back to time and time again!
Chamonix Town Centre
The apartment is only a 15 min walk to Chamonix centre or literally a minute away by car or ski bus which runs from the end of the road. There is also a night bus which runs during the ski season. In the opposite direction is the village of Les Praz which has its own bars, restaurants and shops too.

"Well presented apartment close to town"
The apartment is well situated only 5 minutes from a bakery and a few good restaurants and ski hire. The pedestrian footpath that runs next to the apartment & river is useful for getting into the centre of town in under 10minutes. The apartment was clean throughout and all the amenities worked well (TV, wifi, cooker, heating). There is a useful lift between floors in teh building. A ski-locker is available to use in the basement for safe & easy storage of equipment. Only minor issue is that we were given the wrong address/directions but once that was resolved everything was perfect for the stay.

"Excellent accommodation, would highly recommend to couples or a family of four."
Stayed in this amazing apartment for 2 weeks through Chamonix ALl Year. We have stayed in Chamonix for eight years and have struggled to find a location which ticked all the boxes. This apartment provided the view, the facilities, quiet location suitable for couples and young families. Very clean and welcoming items such as milk on arrival. The company also supplies a free travel pass to local areas via train or bus which was used frequently. The staff at Chamonix All Year were helpful and friendly. During our two week stay a change of bedding, towels and kitchen tea towels was very appreciated. We were so impressed with this apartment we have already booked two weeks for next year. Thank you again Chamonix All Year. Highly recommend.

This property ticked all the boxes for us. Quiet, being just outside the centre but walkable in 5 minutes, in a peaceful residential area and with a tremendous balcony view of the Mont Blanc massif. Facilities in the open plan Lounge/Kitchen more than adequate, with two spacious bedrooms spread across the entire top floor. Bathroom and Shower room beautifully appointed, with the shower in particular one of the best we've used. Great touch to be able to tune in to some British TV now and again. The CAY team are a bit special, were responsive throughout and I would also recommend their airport transfer system, which makes the entire experience all the smoother. We'll be back for sure.

"Very nice accomodation, excellent location!"
We spent two weeks in Les Sonnailles during the Christmas break. The accomodation is as posted, very nice, clean, well equipped. The location is fantastic, very close to sky slopes (our children was 4 years old and we went by foot) as well to city centre (5 minutes along the promenade).

"Superb apartment with stunning views!"
This was an excellent apartment with plenty of space for a family of 4 to relax and enjoy all the amenities of Chamonix. It had stunning views over to Mont Blanc from the lounge and sunny balcony. In a quiet location within the town and yet was only a few minutes walk to the shops and bus stops/railway station etc. Our boys appreciated the free Wi-fi in the apartment and it was generally very well equipped. Chamonix was an ideal location for an active family holiday with wonderful walks, cable cars and excellent sports centre nearby.
