Situated within a completely renovated ‘Belle Epoque’ era hotel building, this spacious (58m²), comfortable apartment is in an ideal location with all amenities close by.

The 2 bedrooms comprise a double and a twin with the option of a third fold-down futon mattress. The spacious lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished and equipped with Bang & Olufsen TV and HiFi. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and the fully tiled shower/bathroom includes a Siemens washing machine. WC is separate.

Private parking is situated underground and a large private cellar is at your disposal for storing skis and other outdoor gear.

A completed booking form and 25% deposit are required in order to secure a booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

A breakage deposit of £200 or €300 will be required on entry. This will be refunded at the end of your stay assuming no breakages or damage.

Please note that the maximum number of adults who can stay in the property is 5 so if your party numbers 5 then at least one member will need to be a child.

Annecy, the capital of the Haute Savoie region, and its lake are firm favourites for a day trip from Chamonix and situated only half an hour's drive from Switzerland and Italy makes Chamonix a perfect location for any number of other day trips.

An attractive town which sits under the majestic Mont Blanc. World renowned for skiing and mountaineering and yet also a perfect base for more leisurely activities such as hiking and generally relaxing in the mountain air.

"Great location, great space"

We stayed at La Belle Époque for 3 days with our family of 5 and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were greeted by Ash who was great, showed us through and answered our questions. The location is ideal, right opposite the railway station and upstairs of a pub and eateries. We were here over the weekend, so there was a bit of noise from the downstairs but nothing to bother us. We enjoyed strolling through town and everything was closeby, eateries, bakery, supermarkets and the mountains. Brilliant view of Mont Blanc from the terrace. The apartment was compact but ok for us. Love the homely comforts and the alpine style. One first floor but great elevator to get to it.

I'm so pleased you & your family enjoyed your stay. I know it's a long way from Australia but it would be great to see you back again sometime. Best regards, Mark

"Outstanding location and apartment"

We chose La Belle Epoque for our one week ski holiday from a myriad of other properties in Chamonix based on having two bedrooms, its central location, cost and ease of communication with the owner.
We couldn't have been happier with this very homely and comfortable apartment! It is well furnished and has been lovingly decorated with location pictures and maps.
A lot of useful information was provided both before our arrival and within the apartment which meant we were ready for a week of full-on skiing rather than working out where we should be going.
For us, having a lift in the building was wonderful when lugging heavy suitcases around Europe as well as the apartment's close proximity to Chamonix railway station.
The icing on the cake was the wonderful library of books, dvd's and games in the apartment which kept us entertained at nights.
All this, together with bucket loads of snow made for a truly memorable holiday and we will be itching to get back to Chamonix and La Belle Epoque as a result.

I'm so pleased you enjoyed my apartment in Chamonix so much. Regards the internet connection, I'm pleased to report that the apartment now has its own high speed Wifi broadband.

"Brilliant Apartment"

I recently stayed in La Belle Epoque and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. Great location, near to to restaurants, bars etc and the slopes also easily accessible. The apartment has everything you need and more with everything very well organised. Would highly recommend and plan on returning at some point in the future.

I'm so pleased you enjoyed my apartment and it's location. I really hope to see you again sometime.
