Galanthus 15 is a duplex apartment on the 1st floor of a new build residence of 18 apartments.Residence l'Aiguille de Chamonix is located in the Chemin de Saubérands, a 5 minutes walk from the town centre, beginners' slope at Planards and Montenvers train station.The apartment is bright and airy benefiting from a balcony and views towards La Flegere and Le Tour.Galanthus 15 has a well equipped kitchen and 2 good sized independent bathrooms.The apartment sleeps 4-5 people comfortably.An underground garage and ski locker are available with the apartment in the Residence. Adjacent apartments, Sauberands 14 and Sauberands 18 are also available for rental.

As a security against damages Chamonix All Year, who manage the apartment, will also pre-authorise a damage deposit of £500.00 on your bank card. They will contact you to request these bank card details once your booking is confirmed by Holiday Lettings and the damage deposit will be pre-authorised approx. 7-10 days before your arrival in Chamonix. This will be automatically released 28 days after the date it is authorised and only once the accommodation has been checked after your departure. If you would like the authorisation cancelled sooner than this automatic release then please contact us after your departure.

"Nieuw appartement, maar met matige prijs kwaliteit verhouding"

Bij de ontvangst in het nieuwe appartement bleek dat de wasmachine en droger niet aanwezig waren en de gootsteen in de keuken verstopt was. Dat laatste werd snel verholpen. Over de wasmachine en droge… More

Hi, I am sorry that your experience at this apartment was not ideal. We work very hard to look our our guests across all our properties at Chamonix All Year and will be feeding back your comments to the owner and reviewing the prices for the rental of the property.

The benefits of this property are it's location, being centrally located in Chamonix, with good facilities uncluding parking, wifi internet access and the apartment is modern and well equipped. However the lack of washing machine is unfortunate and of course this facility was removed from the advert immediately that we were informed of this.

I hope, if you return to Chamonix, that you will consider staying with us again as we have a large protfolio fo accommodation to choose from and would be happy to offer you a discount off your next stay too as a repeat customer. Thanks. The Chamonix All Year team
