This apartment is situated in the new luxury residence Paradis, in one of the best locations of Chamonix! It is brand new, 55sqm luxury, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms based in the historic old town center of Chamonix.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional alpine style development and can be accessed by lift or stairs. Close to the Brevent ski lift and ideally located for the Chamonix ski system plus shops restaurants and après ski. The living area is traditionally furnished with wooden flooring, comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and CD player, wifi internet plus dining table to seat six. It boasts a south facing view with balcony overlooking Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including oven, electric hob, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment.

The master bedroom contains twin beds plus an en-suite shower room. Bedroom two has twin beds. However both bedrooms can be made up as doubles we well. There are 2 luxury bathrooms: a family bathroom with bath tub, shower, wash basin, mirror and ample and an en-suite bathroom with shower, large wash basin, mirror and plus a WC. There is a separate WC with a basin in it.

There is a full size pull out sofa bed in the lounge to sleep 2 people. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished with fitted wardrobes. The apartment has one allocated underground parking space, plus ski locker.

For short break pricing please contact Chamonix all year direct. Holiday lettings are unable to provide a short break price.

Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday, but we are flexible on your dates and also offer season letting. Just let us know your requirements and we will work out a price for you.

30% is required as a deposit and the balance 8 weeks before you holiday.

If you book late and the above is not possible full payment is then required.

As a security against damages Chamonix All Year, who manage the apartment, will also pre-authorise a damage deposit of £280.00 on your bank card. They will contact you to request these bank card details once your booking is confirmed by Holiday Lettings and the damage deposit will be pre-authorised approx. 7-10 days before your arrival in Chamonix. This will be automatically released 28 days after the date it is authorised and only once the accommodation has been checked after your departure. If you would like the authorisation cancelled sooner than this automatic release then please contact us after your departure.

Once you have booked we will also send you an information pack with car hire, directions to the apartment, lift maps, town maps, Chamonix brochure, recommended restaurants and bars.

In addition we can also:

- arrange Airport transfers from Geneva Airport.

- Buy and deliver ski passes ready for your arrival

- offer ski hire discount.

- offer discount on mountain bike hire too.

The Rhône-Alpes region

Chamonix is the perfect holiday destination for any season! You'll be surprised at the size of this alpine mountain town and the amount it has to offer you. Chamonix sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around.

The skiing in Chamonix has a reputation for steep unforgiving runs, and there is enough on-piste challenge to provide a work-out for even the most advanced skiers. There is also plenty of skiing for the intermediate skier, enormous off-piste potential and some of the best ski touring in the world.

Chamonix Town Centre

Historic Chamonix is a cosmopolitan town full of life and incredible scenery. In addition to the Ski season for which it is famous, there are hundreds of shops, countless restaurants, bars, clubs and a casino. There is also the sports centre with indoor and outdoor pools, ice rink, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails and an 18 hole golf course.

There's always plenty to do for the children too. Chamonix also has a the highest cable car in Europe to take you to the top of Mont Blanc and the Montenvers train to visit the Sea of Ice glacier and ice grotto. Plus cinema, Alpine Museum and a local market on Saturday morning - selling a wide range of local produce.

With a huge range of on and off mountain activities, there is something for everyone throughout the year. Chamonix is a place you'll want to come back to time and time again!

"Vacanza francese"

Delizioso appartamento in stile montano con camino in pietra che funziona bene . Bravi gli organizzatori di Chamonix all year molto efficienti

Grazie per la sua recensione. E un piacere di leggere che la sua famiglia ha avuto un bel soggiorno in Chamonix. La recensione che lei ha fatta è per l’appartamento Paradi Ski mentre siete stati nell’appartamento Paradis 18, pero tutti due appartamenti sono convenienti e belli. "Best holiday ever!!!"

The apartment had great location, 1 min walk from the main street of Chamonix. All activities also available in walking distance. There was free parking in a garage nearby and free wi-fi. The apartment was very nice and had all equipment you need (washingmashine, dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, playstation). There were two bathrooms with showers (and a bathtub in one). The balcony was good size. The apartment was nice and clean.We will definitely stay here again.

"The perfect choice in every way"

The crew at Chamonix All Year do a fantastic job providing high-quality vacations in Chamonix. Their transfer service is friendly and on-time, their apartments are beautifully decorated and centrally located, and they are very attentive when you have questions or need help. I highly recommend them. In particular, Paradis Ski was a great choice. It's just a short walk away from the main street and the views from huge balcony are spectacular.

"Lovely apartment, stunning views and right in the middle of everything"

The apartment was right in the middle of Chamnonix, so all the bars, restaurants, shops and even the bus and train station were less than a 5 minute walk away. But as we were just up a little side street we couldn't hear any noise from these late at night. The apartment was vey clean and tidy, with a stunning view of the mountains from the balcony. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a decent meal. My only small niggle was the matresses being very thin, but no bed is as good as your own.
