This luxury home is situated in a quiet residential area but close to beaches, shopping and numerous restaurants.
The accommodation comprises one master suite and two double bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, living room/dining room
The large garden is mainly lawn with tropical plants, a private swimming pool, barbecue, ornamental waterfall and lotus pond.
The property is in the South East Corner of the Island, close to Chalong Pier (boat services to outlying Islands)
Many fabulous beaches in the vicinity.Also available near by, sailing, scuba diving, elephant trekking, golf etc.
The sauna and gym etc are situated in the clubhouse not in the house itself

It is a two storey house with all bedrooms on the upper floor.
The Phuket region


A favourite holiday destination for many nationalities,due to the fabulous beaches, wonderful weather,great food friendly people and an active night life for those so inclined.
Although the Island is relatively small there are facilities to suit all tastes.
Phuket is a tropical Island in the Andaman Sea, which means the climate is fabulous most of the time with the occasional rain to sustain the tropical greenery. Although it is an Island it is connected to the Thailand mainland via a bridge which will enable you to explore further afield if you can tear yourself away from the stunning beaches.
There are many local festivals and activities throughout the year all of which are well advertised in the local press and on free handouts at the airport.
There is a large market on Patong Beach selling various souveniers with many other smaller local markets all around the island.
The Chalong Bay area
The house is in a residential complex on the South East of the Island, close to Wat Chalong, a large Buddist Temple.
Chalong Bay is world renowned as a sailing, cruising destination.
Restaurants, pubs and shops are there for your enjoyment. Patong is the place for night life and markets, just a fifteen minute drive away. There are literally hundreds of restaurants to choose from ranging from the local Thai seafood stalls to top of the range international restaurants These are described in the various "Good Food Guides" which are waiting for you in the house.
We have many favourites including a lovely little bar on Friendship beach with an extensive menu and swimming pool (very child friendly)
An upmarket but reasonably priced wine bar/French restaurant (Wine Connection) just around the corner from the house.
Nikitas bar and grill, wonderful menu right on Rawai beach
The Green man Pub, typical English pub with English,Thai and Indian food and large childrens play area and sports TV.
These are all within ten minutes of the house and I can recommend many more to whet your appetite
Beautiful beaches await you with their white sands and blue seas. The nearest is only 5 minutes drive away but you will be tempted to explore and find your own special favourite beach.
The shops for grocery shopping are as varied as the restaurants, our favourite is the Villa Market in the Home Pro shopping village just 5 minutes from the house. This is an Australian store with everything you need. You should also try Tesco/Lotus which most of you will be familiar with, there are many Tesco stores around the Island.Also worth visiting is the Central Festival Shopping Mall which includes a supermarket selling Waitrose foods. The Mall has many shops including a Boots chemist.
Further afield in Patong you will find Jungceylon shopping and entertainment centre which includes a Carrefour supermarket and a good selection of restaurants and shops.

The property is situated approximately one hours drive from Phuket International Airport.
Phuket Rental Car Company will meet you at the airport with a rental car if booked in advance. The contact details are as follows

They have always been most helpful to us and always been at the airport to meet the flight.
Although I am not familar with flights from the UK as we live in Hong Kong, I am sure there are many suitable direct flights to Phuket. We personally love Thai airways, the service is second to none and the staff are extremely helpful.
Once you arrive in Phuket it is advisable to have a rental car waiting for you at the airport and we will give you very easy instructions how to get to the house well before your departure
