Maid service from 8 AM to 5 PM. Monday to Saturday.
Breakfast, lunch can be served by the maid, but the tenant has to buy food.
In house Massage & Spa service can be arranged.
A specific yoga program or a fasting detox program can be arranged in advance with Kundalini yoga instructors.

Taxi can be arranged from Tong Sala pier to Chalokram.
Motor bike rental available inside the village.

Payment 30% advance upon reservation, balance 15 days before arrival. for monthly rental, the electricity bill is up to 5,000 baht a month only, The tenant has to pay the exceed amount before departure.
A safety deposit of 10,000baht required, will be return after 15 days after the check out day!
Extra maid service & baby siting can be arranged also for 300 baht a day.
Payment of a yoga or a detox program should also be paid in advance 15 days before check in days.

Conditions

Safety deposit of 10,000 baht with the deposit, will give back on the date of departure in cash after deduct the expenses or any damage cost.

The Koh Phangan region

Famous for it's Full Moon party, Koh Phangan is a big island on the northern side of Koh Samui island,
Only accessible by Ferry, No airport yet.
70% of the island is national forest, so the island is still kept with forest and nature.
Hadrine beach is full of pack packers.
Ban Tai full of bars and girls.
Tong Sala is the pier for ferry from Sura Thani and Koh Tao.

The Chaloklum area

Chalokram is a small fisherman's village situated in the northern part of the island.
There is an Italian restaurant- Cafe de la Mocca offers the best pasta and pizza of the island.
Omega bar has a weekly Jam with local musicians and rock band.
The End of the world is an English breakfast and sandwich place.
Miky's French bakery offers daily croissant and French bread and home made pate & cheese.
Local fruit and vegetable markets sale fresh food.
Daily fish delivery on the pier, fresh fishes and squid from the catch.
Many Thai sea food restaurants in the village with a wide range of sea food selections.
A Russian bar with Russian food is also very popular for young Jazz lovers.

Chalokram has 5 different diving centers offering diving certificate.

From Bangkok- Take Bangkok Airways or Thai Airways to Koh Samui. The flight is 1 hour 30 minutes. Then take Seatrans or Lompraya speed boat to Thong Sala pier, which takes 25 minutes. Another flying option from Bangkok is to take Air Asia, Nok Air or Thai Airways to Surat Thani. The flight takes 1 hour 30 minutes. Then take a 1 hour bus ride to Raja ferry to Koh Phangan, which takes 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on sea conditions.
Alternatively, you can take the Lompraya bus from Bangkok, which takes about 12 hours to Surat Thani. Then Lompraya will transfer you by speed boat, which takes about 1 hour.
The train from Bangkok to Surat Thani (about 12 hours) requires a bus transfer to the pier, and then you can travel to island by ferry or speed boat.
By car is also possible.

“A true private paradise on a wonderful island” The house is situated in a charming fisherman's village in the north of the island which is totally authentic. When we first arrived, the house was so beautiful, filled with antiques and really well furnished. There was a pool right outside, just before the beach where we swam pretty much every day... we couldn't quite believe this was where we were going to spend our holidays it was like having a boutique hotel all to ourselves! 5 bedrooms, all different with two facing the beach, a wonderful kitchen ( we love cooking so this was a real treat) and a really relaxing patio overlooking the sea where we had our breakfasts listening to the sound of the waves. There is a really lovely maid who was incredibly helpful, we almost wanted to take her with us! We didnt do much and it was an idyllic spot to just relax, sunbathe and do nothing really. There are some great waterfalls and walks around too and you can even hire a boat to trip around to the different beaches on the island.There was a great selection of books and movies in the tv section upstairs too which kept us entertained. Even though the house is very rustic-styled, all the amenities work really well. It could get a little warm at night but we just used the aircon to cool the room down. This place was so perfect for us to get away and disappear for a while and I would definitely recommend it as a home away from home. We are actually planning on going back with friends and family very soon. Can't wait, seriously paradise. Response: Thank you and please spread the words and send us your friends!

“Clean and comfortable in a natural setting and great service.” Although conveniently near the road and village the house was peaceful and in nature. Only a short walk to the beach and with a nice pool.
