A lovely two bedroom apartament with an open-plan kitchen and living area. There are two bedrooms -
one double room and one twin. A cot and sofa bed are also provided. There is ashower room with WC and a large terrace.

The Agnanti holiday residence complex is 17.000 sq.metres and offers high quality accommodation. All apartments, within their larger villas, are surrounded by greenery and all face the sea. The sea and the swimming pool are just a few metres away from the villas. The village of Kalives provides the residents with taverns,restaurants,supermarkets and other amenities.

The Mainland Greece region

Chalkidiki is one of the fifty-one regions of Greece, it is located in the sotheeastern portion of Macedonia.
It consists of a large peninsula in the northwestern Aegean Sea ,resembling a hand with three "fingers" : Kassandra, Sithonia and Athos. The Cholomantos mountains lie in the north/central part.

The monasteries of Mount Athos are located on the easternmost "finger". The capital of Chalkidiki is the city of Polygyros, located in the centre of peninsula.The only prefectural boundary is with the Thessaloniki prefecture, located to the north.

Located in Chalkidiki provence, Sithonia , the village of Kalives has taverns, a bakery, supermarkets, pizzeria, beach-bars, open-air Cinema, day-cruises and archeological ruins at Petralona and Olintos. Nea Moudania is 13 km away and Polygyros is 10 Km. Thessaloniki is the nearest big city at 72Km away.

How to get there

Kalives is a beachside village easily reached from the main road from Thessaloniki down the second leg of Chalkidiki named Sithonia.

Swimming pool is available from 20th of June till end of August. There is a separate shallow pool for young children.
The Beach has fine sand ,shower , changing rooms, volley-ball and a children's play-ground.There is also an open-air cinema and a variety of watersports.
Arheological ruins and Petralona caves are nearby and there are day-cruises on offer.

Conditions

For a family with 2 adults and 1 child we offer the appt. with 2 rooms.
NB : Aircondition if needed 5€ per day.
Each extra adult 15€ per day and children till 12ys 10€ per day(for both apartments).
