On the front side of the house there is a large porch, furnished with table and chairs (ideal for lunches and outdoor dining) there is also a relax area equipped with comfortable wicker armchairs.
Conditions
TERMS OF PAYMENT: - 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00. - 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted.
BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY: In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single installment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.
