This charming cottage is made up of a kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a study, a guest bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite with shower, two more double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.

The fenced garden offers a swimming pool (15x7 m) which has a cover that can be easily opened and closed, in order to protect the pool and to avoid the water temperature dropping too low over night. (Care should be taken not to step on the cover once on the swimming pool). A large pergola with a table that can accommodate 14 people and bowling alley are also found in the garden.

The Tuscany region

Tuscany is located in central Italy and it is famous for both its beautiful and varied landscape and artistic heritage. Medieval villages, historical towns and castles,country abbeys and monasteries abound and then of course there is Florence, birthplace of Michelangelo, the city famous for its beautiful architecture and wonderful museums and art galleries. Tuscany is also famous for its many spas: Montecatini, Saturnia, Montepulciano, Monsummano and Bagno Vignoni, which offer relaxing holidays thanks to their thermal waters and well-equipped facilities for all types of treatments.

Cetona

Cetona is a well-preserved, attractive mediaeval town located the Val di Chiana halfway between Florence and Rome. It surrounds a hill fortress which was built around 900 A.D. an outer wall containing two round towers was added in 1458 A.D. It has fine views of Monte Cetona, and is surrounded by pretty hills planted with cypresses and pine trees. has a typically medieval, circular plan centred on the crest of a hill.

Cetona is ideal for a relaxing holiday with wonderful walks in the local area, spas nearby at San Casciano dei Bagni and Chianciano Terme and old towns to visit, just a short distance away, like Sarteano, Chiusi (vecchio), and Citta Della Pieve. If you want to drive a bit further (30-45 minutes) you will find, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino and Perugia to name just a few. Between 1 hour to 1 and a half hours you have, Siena, Assisi, Florence, Pisa and Porto Santo Stefano (beach destination) and many more. Rome is at about 2 hours.
