"A “home away from home”"
Living in the States and having family in Alton Pancras, we have stayed at the Bookham Court cottages on numerous occasions and entertained our American guests there too – they loved it! Each visit we've received a warm welcome from Nicola and Andy Foot and have always enjoyed a very relaxing stay. Little Coombe is a clean, cosy, well equipped cottage that provides all the amenities needed to make you feel at home, with a wonderful log burning fire for those colder evenings. We've also enjoyed using the neighbouring games room that provides entertainment for all ages, as well as internet access (a “must have” for my family!). There are many great walks locally as well as easy access to nearby towns, making this the perfect location for a relaxing get-away and – as in our case - family get-togethers. We shall definitely be coming back!

"Peaceful location; excellent facilities for all"
Modern, clean, comfortable cottage. play barn great for teenagers in bad weather; excellent location by many bridle paths for walk/cycle. Bird/wildlife watching hide a bonus. Would go again.

"Perfect getaway for a relaxing break"
Lovely cottage in a great area. Plenty of things to do locally if you don't want to drive too far. Pubs in walking distance if you don't mind a bit of a hike and the village shop is well stocked. Sherborne is relatively close and has everything you need. Cottage very cosy with plenty of space, highly recommended.
