"The perfect country weekend away!"
My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time at Mel and Ian's place in Cerne Abbas, Dorchester. The cottage had everything we needed, and they even baked us a cake on arrival! We went on walks, drove out to the Giant (he really is a sight to behold!) and Sherborne which was pretty, and had a cracking night at the Giant Inn where the locals were all so welcoming. We did some of own cooking which was nice as it was getting cooler, and shared some lovely wine looking over their array of birds; ducks, geese, chickens, you name it! It was a simple, honest, relaxing country weekend - thanks Mel and Ian!!
