This is our pride and joy, a detached 4 bedroom villa sitting on 1400 meters of land in les cluses near ceret le boulou and Collioure south west france and within a 7 minute drive to spain.. The villa is in a nice quiet area with other detached properties near by.
It has a spacious lounge dinner, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms 1 bathroom and a shower room. This property sleeps 8 to 10 people quite easy. It also has a separate gite that has a Wc and shower room that sleeps 2 The property is rented out as one and we won’t rent the villa or gite separately. The swimming pool is about 4.2 meters by 8.5 meters and is fed by a water fall . We also have an outside kitchen / bar area with a music centre which is next to the pool, great for entertaining. Behind the bar area is a lawned area and our chill out zone with a hammock great for a bit of piece and quiet to read a book. At the front there is sheltered parking for 1 car but enough room for 2 more cars on the drive. For the children We have a table tennis table , Play station 2 , and basket ball all at the villa. there is a tennis court 7 minutes walk. we also have 3 tvs at the villa.

The Languedoc-Roussillon / Pyrenees-Orientales region
