"Wonderful, cute apartment in Centro Storico!"
This apartment is perfect for anyone who wants to stay in the heart of old town! It is a five minute walk from the beaches, restaurants, markets, everything! Everything in old town is accessible by foot. The location is perfect. The apartment itself was very cute and quaint, with all the necessary amenities - dishware, towels, bedding, etc. The only complaint I have was that the hot water did not work well, so showering was a little inconvenient. Despite leaving the hot water on for several hours, when taking a shower it would be warm for only about 2 minutes before going freezing cold. The hospitality and quaintness of the apartment makes up for it, however.

"Convenient & comfortable"
This apartment is indeed charming and our stay here was absolutely perfect. There is everything you need to make your stay comfortable and it is conveniently located in the heart of the old town providing a very short walk to beaches, shops and restaurants.
The owner was very helpful with directions on best way to get there and recommendations for our stay.
I would happily stay here again.
The only thing I would say is that if you have heavy luggage or lots of it, be mindful that there are quite a few steep stairs to negotiate to get to the top floor and there isn't wi-fi available.
Thank you for your lovely review.
Hope to have you as my guest again next year.

"Yes most definately a charming apartment - beautiful"
Couldnt recommend this apartment enough. The location is excellent if you want to absorbe yourself into local Alghero...we felt like we had always lived there. All the basics were supplied...home from home. The owner supplied us with names of restruants, supermarket, and lots of tips. We tried all her tips and were never disappointed. Thank you so much
Thank you so much for this lovely review! My main goal is people can feel home in my apartment..so it makes me really happy you appreciated it and you felt like a local. Hope you will be my guests again.

"Lovely apartment in the old town of Alghero"
The apartment is well appointed and furnished to a high standard. It is situated in the old town of Alghero with all amenities close to hand; the nearest cafes and the seafront being 30 seconds walk away. Everyone we met was very friendly including Mrs Cinzia who was there to meet and see us off! Antonella's advice and information before we arrived was very helpful too. The landscape and history of Sardinia are fascinating. I hope to return.
!Don't bring more than 10 - 15kg of luggage as the apartment is at the top of the building and is reached by a steep staircase although you will get used to them by the end of your stay and they are part of the character of the building.
I am very glad you liked my apartment and enjoyed Alghero. I'm also happy the informations I gave you were helpful.
I hope to have you as my guest soon.

"Schlechtes Wetter auf Sardinien..."
Eine kleine, jedoch geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt.
Die Schlüsselübergabe war genau wie die Schlüsselabgabe problemlos und zur vereinbarten Zeit.
Die Wohnung kann geheizt werden.

"Stylish appartment in a fantastic location"
Very well located in the old town of Algerho, close to the sea wall and giving ideal access to bars and restaurants.
The slight downsides of the old town location are:
a) the lack of car parking (the old town can be driven into, but has restricted hours. Parking close to the apartment would not be easy even during access hours), but the large, free car park is 10 - 15 mins walk away and
b) the apartment is top floor and is accessed via several flights of narrow-ish steps.
If neither of these deter you, the apartment itself compact, but really nicely presented, giving the impression of having been recently renovated. It includes all the facilities you could wish for including very good air-conditioning (remember, it only works when the windows are shut).
It is compact - there is a mezzanine level with a bed, but restricted headroom. As we only required one bedroom this was not used. There is a two person sofa, and a four person dining table, but we would recommend the apartment for a couple, or for small children only.
Our only complaint (passed on the owner) was that the bed was to our sensitive backs a little lumpy and it squeaked.. It should be noted that we generally seem to have this complaint, so may be over sensitive! If the bed was to the standard of the rest of the apartment we would have awarded 5 stars..
Algerho itself is lovely, and the apartment sits in the middle of the old town. The apartments catering facilities are very good, but we still preferred to walk 5 minutes for breakfast at one of several close cafes. Equally there are many good restaurants within a few minutes walk. We have stayed in town centre apartments where noise proved to be an issue - the old town of Algero was quiet at night.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Algerho and the apartment.
Others guests told me about the bed so I have changed it.Iam very happy you enjoyed the apartment and Alghero.
Thank you for your review.

"Location, Location, Location."
When arriving at the apartment the first thing you think is that anyone who doesn't like stairs should stay away, as the climb to the top is not one for the fainthearted
However once you arrive in the apartment, you realise it is worth the climb. Full of charm and easily big enough for a couple on holiday. Amazing location right in the centre of town, you need to get a bus to the beach, but they are every 10 minutes and its really simple to work out
The only negative is that the bed is not great, and probably needs updating.. but other than that, a beautiful choice for a holiday apartment in Sardinia
Thank you for your review. About the stairs, every building has this type of stairs..it is part of the beauty of living like locals :)
Thank you for telling me aboout the bed, I'm going to check it.

"Great little flat, quiet and in the middle of the magnificient old town"
Very neat little flat in the old town. Lovingly furnished with attention to detail being paid. Has got everything you need, incl washing machine, dish washer and proper kitchen. When I was there it was very quiet and I slept wonderfully, can only highly recommend it.
Thank you for your lovely review. It was a pleasure having you in my apartment. Hope to have you as my guest next year.
