"Beautiful, well furnished and spotless"

My wife and I stayed at the Light Well with two friends from 1st to 8th September and we all had a fantastic stay in what is excellent accommodation. The house is beautifully fitted and furnished throughout, it is spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Julie, the owner, is the perfect host - friendly, helpful and customer focussed. There is ample parking for two vehicles and although only about a ten to twelve minute walk to the Minster, we were never disturbed by any traffic noise despite its handy location.

"Fantastic accommodation, superb location."

I would highly recommend this holiday home. It is immaculate, a beautifully converted house with light pouring in making this a delightful home to spend time in. Everything is included for your stay.......we had a rather hectic drive down and Julie was so kind and had a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival!! The location couldn't really be better.....a 10 minute walk found us at the main attractions that York has to offer. If you are looking for a break in the beautiful city of York and want a fresh, modern and homely place to stay then I cannot recommend this house enough.
