Two person apartment on the first floor situated in the very heart of the Old city located in old stone house from 19th century.

Total space of 23m2 is divided on hall with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and bedroom with queen size double bed and satellite TV. The whole space is air conditioned.

Location in the quiet pedestrian street, only a minute away from all famous tourist locations, is ideal for vacation or business staying in Split. Due to its convenient position there will be no need for your car during your stay and car parking is available outside the Old city.

The fish market, fruit and vegetable market, hairdressers, butchers, chemists (pharmacies), are all within a circle of 100 meters so as the fashionable restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, shops, palace walls and Riva promenade.

Everything to make a relaxing stay is close to hand as Marjan hill and numerous beaches that can be reached on foot while benefiting from the balmy Mediterranean air.

Checking out is at 11,00 am and after that you can leave your luggage, which is free. If you arrive on your booking day before checking out time for the other quests, it is possible that the apartment will not be available till 12,00am, but you can also leave your luggage for free.

Upon your arrival, apartment was cleaned up. We clean and maintain our apartment regularly and we do care about our guest, cleanliness and quality of our service. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Petar (the owner) a message.

If Petar (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
