It is ideal for those who want to know Sevilla walking, as it is a 2 minute walk from "Santa Cruz" neighboorhood , the Jewish Quarter, the Plaza de España or University of Sevilla(old tobacco factory). 10 minutes from the cathedral, Real Alcazar, Archivo de Indias, Maria Luisa Park, Puerta de Jerez, Torre del Oro or Palace of San Telmo.
Fully equipped for 4 people, also avaliable for 6 people, it have wifi, air conditioning and heating throughout the loft, and spacious kitchen and fully equipped (cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and wine cooler) ideal for food lovers as the loft is two minutes from the traditional Market Puerta de la Carne where you can find all kinds of fresh seasonal from Andalusian, 5 minutes of a Opencor (supermarket open until 2 am) and plenty of bars and restaurants within one minute.

The Andalucia region
Sevilla is the capital and largest city of the autonomous community of Andalusia. It is situated on the plain of the River Guadalquivir
Its Old Town, the third largest in Europe with an area of 4 km², contains three UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the Alcázar palace complex, the Cathedral and the General Archive of the Indies. The Seville harbour, located about 80 km from the Atlantic Ocean, is the only river port in Spain.
The city is connected to other cities such as Córdoba, Jerez and Cádiz by a network of highways that can reach to those cities in less than 1 ½ hours.
Doñana National Park is a 1 hour drive and you can take a guided tour by appointment. In 1994 UNESCO designated the park a World Heritage Site. UNESCO has also recognised the park as a Biosphere reserve. It is a wetland of international importance on the list of the Ramsar Convention.
Around the Loft you can find practically everything. There are up to three supermarkets, two of them very economical and the third open from seven in the morning until two in the night every day (including Sunday). Nearby there is also a market located in an old train station where you can buy fresh produce such as vegetables, fruit, meat and fish. There are small grocery stores nearby but somewhat more expensive.
In the main street there are several banks, including Barclays Bank. Other stores you can find in the vicinity of the Loft are, among others, a laundry, a bike rental shop, a hairdresser, clothing stores and a tobacconist.
In one of the streets that fall towards the center of the city there are plenty of bars and restaurants serving various cuisines, Spanish and internacionanes. Among them are some where you can buy cooked food to take to the Loft
One modal interchanges city is located in the area of our apartment. Many bus lines that run through the city are also nearby. The tram and subway also stop in this area. One of the two main bus stations in Seville is in the area, where you can catch buses to Cadiz, Cordoba and Granada.
The airport bus stops at the Meadow of San Sebastian, 3 minutes walk from the apartment.
Santa Justa main train station is also close, although it may be the way on foot, it may be something heavy if you are loaded with luggage

"Great location helpful owner"
Great spot within walking distance of all attractions and night life. Owner gave very thorough tour of apartment and guide to area. Met us at bus stop and carried my bag!Would recommend you get phone … More

"Excellent location, great apartment, very helpful host"
The apartment was in a very convenient location, only a five minute walk from the centre of Seville. It was lovely and clean and well furnished. Open plan was great for my family.
The host was very friendly and helpful.
