Located south of Seville's historic city centre, this traditional Spanish townhouse is overflowing with Andalusian charm. The house is situated just a few blocks away from the impressive Plaza de Espana, one of the most iconic squares in the city. A semi-circular plaza flanked by two spectacular towers and a small lake, the plaza has featured in a number of different films. The large Parque Maria Luisa is also within easy walking distance, and offers guests a green oasis in one of Spain's warmest and sunniest cities. There are several good transport options nearby, meaning guests can explore the rest of the city and beyond with ease. With whitewashed walls, yellow tiling and beautiful flowers climbing up the façade, the house itself is the epitome of traditional Seville style and Andalusian design.

The house has been carefully and tastefully decorated throughout in a traditional style, with wooden antique furniture, quality parquet flooring and original artwork on the bright white and ochre walls. Plenty of shuttered windows allow light to flood into the house at all times of the day. The elegant living room is particularly spacious with two separate sitting areas, traditional Andalusian furniture and personal decorative touches. The kitchen is bright and sunny and typical of this part of Southern Spain, and comes full-equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. Following the grand staircase to the second floor, guests will find four bedrooms, each individually decorated in keeping with the rest of the house. The spacious master bedroom is particularly impressive, with shuttered windows and its own original fireplace.

Offering guests a real taste of Andalusia, this charming house is the ideal base for those wanting to spend some time in this magical city.

Accommodation and Facilities

This gated house has space for one car to park. There are some steps to the main door. The entrance takes you to the reception area where there are stairs to the top floors of the house. There is a visitors' WC next to the entrance. At the ground floor there is a large living room space, dining area and kitchen, and other smaller dining area. There is also a patio space that can be accessed through the smaller dining area. The bedrooms are on the first floor. The main bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The room 2 has one single bed and shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom that has a double bed. The 4th bedroom has a single bed and a small bathroom ensuite. On the top floor there is another bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a single bed and WC that can be used upon request for a maid's accommodation.
