This bright and spacious 41m2 5th floor flat (with lift) is tastefully decorated in white and features oak & granite flooring.

It consist of double bedroom, bathroom with large walk in rain shower, separate kitchen (diswasher/washing machine/hob/combination microwave oven) and lounge (dining table 4/6 people, leather armchair,double sofa bed).

WIFI broadband internet is available. Free calls to US, Australia, Europe, NZ and Canada landlines.

Situated off the charming pedestrian market street of Rue Daguerre, Rue Lalande is 5 mins walk from the Denfert Rochereau Metro & RER lines, providing easy access to transport within Paris and to CDG, Orly and Eurostar.

“Bright and conveniently located apartment” We are a Canadian family from Vancouver, British Columbia. My wife, two adult children and I stayed in this apartment from May 2-13, 2013. We had a great time and decided to share our experience. John responded to my inquiries promptly. Payments were made via Visa/PayPal and I received acknowledgement by Email. The deposit was refunded the same way. The apartment was spacious and clean with large windows. Being located on the top floor, it received ample amounts of sunlight. It looked exactly like John's photos on the website. The kitchen was well-equipped with lots of utensils and crockery. The washer/dryer combo was very useful. The Metro with Lines 4/6 and RER is just a five minute walk. There are plenty of bakeries, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. It is in a very safe neighbourhood. We didn't have any concerns about walking back to the apartment late at night after a full day of sight-seeing. We had an enjoyable time and and highly recommend this apartment!

“Excellent apartment near montparnasse” Excellent clean and well managed apartment in the heart of the 14th arrondisment. Very short walks to a whole range of food shops and supermarkets. Got to apartment after Simple short train ride after arriving at the gare du nord and five minute walk from denfert station. Would definitely recommend this apartment

“Great appartment in a wonderful area of Paris.” I am originally from Paris and have lived more than 20 years in this area. No need to tell how much I love it. The appartment is almost perfect : comfortable, nice decoration, some storage (which is not often the case in Paris). On top of everything, John and Cecile do their best to make sure you will enjoy your stay in their place.

“Great Place, great neighborhood” The apartment is located in a very charming neighborhood in the 14th District in Paris. Leave the front-door of the house and you are standing in a bistro. There are many shops and restaurants and the train- and Metro station is a few minutes from the apartment. John, the owner is very accessible and helps whenever a question came up. We stayed for one week in the apartment and enjoyed the comfort and location. If we are in Paris, we certainly would rent this nice apartment again. By the way, even as the kitchen is well equipped to cook at the apartment, there are so many places for take-out or restaurants to eat out, no need to touch a pot!

“Great place to stay, near enough to visit all Paris sights. lovely ambience.” Lovely spacious 1 bedroom apartment - exactly as described. Fresh, modern feel, light and bright. Double sofa bed in lounge comfortable and apartment big enough to sleep 4. Market just around corner - fresh cheeses, fish etc. Patisseries, cafes, restaurants and supermarket within a minute's walk. Metro 5 mins. Central Paris 10 minutes on Metro and walking distance (if you like a good walk). Disneyland Paris approx 1 hour away via RER only 56 Euros for family of 4 to travel there on train. Brilliant holiday, great base to come back to after a long day...WiFi a great benefit - bring your laptop to help plan days out. Owner helpful and friendly.

“great flat, great location” very comfortably furnished, gets lots of light from large windows and rooms have good interior lighting, quiet hardwood oak flooring, really well-thought out for what you'd want in a stay. The bathroom is up-to-date with a wonderful "rainfall" shower and is the most spacious bathroom I've ever had in my 25 years of visiting Paris off and on and staying at diferent places (hotels, apartments). The views from the windows are classic Parisian rooftop views; the neighborhood of Rue Daguerre is wonderful--it's an old market street with lots of vibrant shops and little restaurants and cafes. And you cannot beat this location for ease of access to a tremendous variety of transportation options. Plus, the owner is straightforward to make arrangements with, and things went exactly as planned.
