The Paris/Ile de France region
Paris is the dream for every one!! This capital city is packed with chic restaurants serving classic French cuisine, an abundance of cafes from which to watch the world go by, and, of course, fabulous shops.
There are plenty of quiet back streets to explore, as well as famous sites such as the Eiffel Tower, Louvre and Notre Dame. Versailles is also only a short journey away.
Central Paris / 17th / XVIIe area
Lots of restaurants for all budgets and public parking are nearby. This is excellent and safe district. The famous and very old park “Parc Monceau” locates not so far too.
There are lots of famous museums around this studio just by walking: Museum Cernuschi, 7 avenue Velasquez Chinese, art with some pieces of art among the best of the world; State Museum Jean Jacques Henner, 47 avenue de Villiers, in private mansion previously owned by the painter Georges Dubufe; the fabulous Museum Nissim de Camondo, 63 rue de Monceau, overlooking the Parc Monceau, very fine 18 century collections given to Institut de France in 1935 by the owners, one of the richest family of France at the time; the very exceptional Museum Jacquemart- André, 158 Boulevard Haussman, 18eme century Art, with lots of temporary exhibitions in an extraordinary mansion also given to Institute de France in 1913.

The closest subways stations: Wagram (line 3), Malesherbes (line 3), Villiers (lines 2 and 3) takes you to Opera in 4 stations, Monceau (line 2) is 3 stops to Champs Elysées –Etoile –Charles de Gaulle... Metro Rome takes you to Butte Montmartre - Sacré Coeur in a few minutes.. Pereire; (line 3 and RER C),

Further details outdoors: Champs Elysées , the world famous Opera de Paris , la butte Montmatre et le Sacré- Coeur , le Louvre, la Defense, la Concorde, les Tuileries, Place Vendome, Porte Maillot, Saint Michel and Saint Germain are just a few subway or bus stations away as the famous department stores Galeries Lafayette, le Printemps and Madelios.
We somehow work like a hotel but we are much cheaper by having a fully equipped kitchen corner and a very near supermarket.
Free wifi internet and cables, less full time staff but bigger apartment space, better equipment and prime location. Check in is 4 pm check out is 2pm. We adapt to our guests but a charge of 25 Euros for a check in or check out out of this time frame may apply.
Our rates start from 59 euros 1-2 guests low season all included and 69 euros 1-2 guests high season all included with 5-10% discount on weekly stay or more .

D'abord pour le cadre: appartement superbement meublé et décoré et très fonctionnel et en suite, pour les prestations haut de gamme et votre accueil et votre disponibilité, à vous et à votre comparse Eugène. Je m'y suis sentie très bien, comme à la maison, et toutes les personnes qui m'y ont rendu visite l'ont trouvé très chaleureux et très comfortable. De plus, l'emplacement de l'appartement: en plein centre de Paris est idéal et très bien desservi par plusieurs lignes de bus, de métro et à 5' de la gare SNCF et très proches des commodités et des endroits les plus prisés la capitale: les Champs-Elysées, les Grands Magasins, etc... Cet appartement convient aussi bien pour un séjour de loisirs que pour un séjour professionnel. On notera aussi la capacité d'accueil qui est de 3 à 5 personnes. J'en garde un souvenir mémorable en toute sincérité et je ne manque jamais de le recommander à mes proches et à mes connaissances.
