Home description

A large 70sq metre (750sq ft) two bedroom maisonette with lovely garden view. 5 minutes from Roland Garros Tennis Courts and from Longchamps horse racing course. Once inside the property you feel you are in a house. With it's own front door. All the views are onto the green courtyard and there are no traffic noises at all.

The living room has two sofas, one of which opens out into a double bed. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and leads to the bathroom and the spare room which has a single bed. The bathroom has a large tub and fitted shower. There are two luxurious sinks. The kitchen diner is equipped with dishwasher, full oven and fridge. Minimum 5 nights booking - No Smoking

In the 16th arrondissement of Paris. One metro stop from the Eiffel Tower. A few minutes from the Champs Elysees. Close to Longchamps, a few minutes away from Roland Garros tennis courts and the Bois de Boulogne.
Step out of the property and you have your own typical French food market street with the best products. You are also near some bijou boutiques and great restaurants.

The location was very convenient.Close to shopping and very central within walking distance of many attractions as well as the metro.
The apartment was very spacious and clean. Our family of four (2 teenagers) felt at home and very safe in this neighbourhood.

I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely rent this apartment again.

We had a nice stay in the apartment with our family. 4 adults and 1 baby. The apartment is very well equipped. You fin everything u need. The area around is also beautyfull. I can personally recommend the bistro les vignes just 15 meters around the corner. We had soe delicious meals there. We had a stand at a exhibition in the museum louvre The SALON CUISINEZ. We have presented the Olive Oil that we produce in Greece on the island of Lesvos there. Its called Jordan Olive Oil. With the car it was only 5-10 minutes to the louvre. Very convinient. That shows how central this nice apartment is. We will come back. Maybe in this apartment. We would like to try also others though. But certainly with Home Rental Connections, because we werevery pleased with the service. As well from Michelle via Email for the booking procedure as well as Alexandra as the agent in Paris.

Our family of 3 adults stayed in the Passy apt for 5 nights. The kitchen LARGE, the living room LARGE, the master bedroom LARGE, the bathroom LARGE and the single bedroom a great size for a single adult. The area wonderful, metro and bus easy to get to, great food nearby to eat in or take-away after long days of sightseeing. (Only caveat, neighbor below light sleeper & not shy about letting us know it either)

We enjoyed our stay at Passy.The apartment is very well located, clean, comfortable and is of a good size. We loved the 16th arrondisment where it is located - lots of food shops, clothes shops and a lack of tourists. We would recommend the apartment to anyone considering staying there.
