A 600 sq feet (55 sq m) loft in a typical "Haussmannian" historical building (18th century) at the 1st floor. Situated in the 2nd Arrondissement, in the very centre of the "snail" in Paris.
The apartment has been recently and finely refurbished but preserves the fascination of the unforgettable "belle époque". The floor and the ceiling are authentic and antique. Old beams, old parquet and logical living designs and amenities create charm and space that feel good and are just plain fun to live in.

Anyway the apartment is completely soundproofed in order to protect your sleep. The apartment is located in the heart of Paris. This is a lively area to stay in with splendid buildings and places such as the Palais Royal surrounded by gardens and restaurants, the "Bourse" stock exchange, the Louvre, the Tuileries Gardens. The rue St Honouré runs through the middle of the first arrondissement with small boutiques from end to end as far as "Chatelet Les Halles" a popular tourist attraction. Are you a lover of food? Prima di conoscerli, infatti, quando andavamo in vacanza, sceglievamo solo alberghi, adesso invece se non facciamo il vacation rental non ci muoviamo piu'. In sei mesi abbiamo visitato tutte e tre le gemme (Venezia, Roma, Parigi) dell'impero immobiliare di Carmen e Mauro. Siamo appena reduci dalla gemma parigina, dove siamo stati per una settimana.
