Home description
On a quiet cobble-stone street, just around the corner from one of the last remaining windmills on the hill of Montmartre, and on the same street where Picasso (and others) painted, you’ll experience a “Coup de Coeur” (love at first sight!
After a walk up one short flight of stairs, step into an oasis of light, serenity and comfort, Coeur de Montmartre (Heart of Montmartre), your home away from home.
There is a small entrance hall separating the bedroom, living room, bathroom and WC. The living room has two big gorgeous windows to let light fill the room and give views across the rooftops of Paris, revealing a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower and when the leaves have fallen from the trees perhaps even the Arc de Triomphe and Trocadero.
The open floor plan of the living room and kitchen means you can continue the conversation with your fellow guest(s) when you pop into the kitchen to pour a glass of wine (or champagne!) and you’ll even have a view of the top of Eiffel Tower – just to remind you that you’re in Paris, after all. The dining table seats four – with room for candles.
The apartment is bright with vibrant accents, wood floors, oriental rugs, and soft fabrics that add warmth and depth to the décor. Decorating the rooms are drawings of street scenes of Paris, vintage cover prints from “Le Petit Parisien” and other wonderful antiques.

The Paris/Ile de France region
Coming to Paris again and again, the city never seems to lose it's charms. There is always so much to see and do and no stay seems quite long enough to take it all in. Visit the many sites from the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysee with the high-end restaurants and boutiques as well as the Arc de Triomphe or that the RER A out to Disney and enjoy a day out in the park with the family.
Stroll through the Tuileries Gardens as you head towards the Louvre or take the train out to Versailles.
Central Paris / 18th / XVIIIe - Montmartre area
Enjoy the buzz of Montmartre and take a step into a relaxed Bohemian atmosphere. The area is home to the Moulin Rouge, Sacre Coeur and the last vineyard in Paris. Enjoy an espresso in one of the many bars or cafes or a nice glass of wine on one the terraces.
There is always something going on in Montmartre from weekly live jazz performances at local restaurants or the impromptu concert at Place des Abbesses near the Carousel.
