The building is a very secured one. The flat is located at the 4th floor it has been just renovated. 3 full furnished independent rooms with kitchen, shower and WC. This flat is very near from Montmartre, the very traditional PARIS and at few metro stations from Quartier Latin by the LINE 4 and direct to Montparnasse. If you arrive from EUROSTAR the station is NEXT DOOR (GARE DU NORD).
Just take the metro at SIMPLON and you will reach SAINT MICHEL in few metro stations. If you prefer a shopping at OPERA, just take the metro and you will be there. At the 4th floor this is a very quiet place. This district is a very familial one with many shops, restaurants and groceries.
