This styled studio of 27sqm has been totally renovated and welcome 2 adults & one child. The apartment is located in a quiet street, in a small courtyard, near the place Pigalle and the Moulin Rouge cabaret. You are very close to the most artistic district in the capital, Montmartre, where the charm of yesterday is still present in the cobblestone streets, wine bars and little restaurants open late into the night and playing old Parisian songs.
Indeed, the living-room is equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200cm) and with a sofa-bed for child, as well as a cable TV, DVD player and recorder. High speed internet connection and WIFI.

Conditions
To confirm and guarantee your reservation, we must receive a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the rental. You can either choose secured online Paypal payment or paid by bank wire transfer. As soon we receive the deposit, we will send you a confirmation within 24 hours with all the necessary information.
The balance of the total rental cost must be paid either by Paypal or bank transfer one week before arrival, or by cash upon arrival.

Paris, the City of Light, is a top vacation destination in the world and naturally is a perfect place to discover the history of France offering an amazing quantity of monuments and museum.
The Ile-de-France is the top tourist destination in the world for its historical and cultural uncommon heritage. From Notre-Dame de Paris to Saint-Germain-en-Laye, passing by Versailles and the Louvre, some of the most famous monuments and museums of the world marked its history.
But beyond its glorious past, this region is characterized by a abundance of cultural activities and amazing places like the Georges Pompidou Centre or Cite des Sciences et de l'Industrie at La Villette. Lovers of river tourism can also exploring this area over the water, on the Marne Nogent up taverns or the Seine for a cruise retracing the history of Paris.
The Central Paris / 18th / XVIIIe - Montmartre area
The eighteenth is a diverse range of cultures, from the red light district of Pigalle, the artists of Montmartre, to the famous flea markets of Clignancourt.
Pigalle is home to the distinctly rouge industries and is famous for the Moulin Rouge and the bars welcoming tourists, and Parisians alike, until the small hours. Concert halls (la Cigale, le Trianon Palace, etc.), cabarets (chez Michou, le Lapin Agile, etc.), music halls (le Moulin Rouge, la Nouvelle Eve, etc.), and businesses populate this both lively and yet rustic district. Within a 15 minute walk is the Opera and the Galeries Lafayette, and within 30 minutes is the Louvre and Chatelet/les Halles.
The Butte Montmatre and the place de Tertre are tourist favourites due to Sacré Coeur’s magnificent views and the artistic atmosphere all around. Surprisingly, even with in very close proximity, the small streets winding down the hill are calm and seem to feel a world away.
Abbesses offers a trendier pocket with a slightly more Parisian feel to its bars and restaurants.
North of Montmartre, the 18th becomes more residential with a rich mix of ethnic and young Parisians, until you reach the outer limits and the Porte de Clignancourt – the doorway to the biggest flea market in Paris.

We would like to thank to Guy and Tatiana for nice stay, although we were not able to meet them personally. We had very enjoyable stay during the Easter in Paris. We stayed for week and felt very good in apartment. Everything was close, metro/bus station, all Montmartre sights, shops and cafes :) If you are looking for place in Montmartre, we can recommend :) We will come back one day, hopefully... Especially we enjoyed CD player and CDs with Edith Piaf... Petra&Miro |
