Home description
A spacious, elegant & bright living space. A long hallway connects the various rooms, with the master and the twin bedrooms facing the terrace and the street and the double bedroom facing the back of the building.
The living room with its Asian and Italian inspired furnishing give you a taste of the style found in many contemporary Parisian flats. The room has two floor-to-ceiling windowed doors overlooking the terrace and allowing for an abundance of natural light.
We've installed blinds that will provide added privacy. This in addition to awnings installed at every window facing the terrace will give you added shading on a warm Summer's day.
Relax and enjoy viewing a movie or getting the latest international news on the large screen TV or listen to the radio or your CDs on our stereo. You'll never be far from friends when you can make use of the Mac computer to access your email and share your adventures with friends.
twin beds in one of the bedrooms can be converted into a queen size bed if you prefer.
Every room facing the street provides access to the terrace where you can sit and have coffee or a glass of wine. Rest assured that your kids will be secure out on the terrace as the banister has been reinforced with wooded railing that is high.
Double glazed windows throughout the apartment quite the apartment warm and toasty in Winter and keeps out the city noise.

The Paris/Ile de France region
Paris welcome millions of tourists every year and everyone must visit the Champs Elysee. The grand avenue of Paris which culminates at the Arc de Triomphe. Visit the Place de la Concorde to admire the obelisk and glance towards the Eiffel Tower whose lights twinkle every night on the hour and stroll into the Tuileries gardens on your way to the Louvre.
Paris is full of breathtaking sites, impressive architecture, fabulous bread, cheese, wine and pastries and tempting cafes offering outdoor seating for their clientele.
Paris is a great city to visit year round but the peak of the season is definitely between April and October. An off-season trip can mean less lines, and less crowds.
Central Paris / 8th / VIIIe area
Visit the Grand Palais which now house various exhibits throughout the year. Climb up the Arc de Triomphe to admire the view of Paris and be impressed by the avenues that join at Etoile.
The 8th district is full of high-end boutiques on the Champs Elysee and the surrounding boulevards like Faubourg Saint Honouré.
This is the district that houses the French president at Matignon and the American Embassy. Sit at the numerous sidewalk cafes along the Champs Elysee and watch the passerbys.
The 8th district is also the hot bed of Paris night life with many clubs, restaurants and bars open well into the night.
How to get there
We work with Elysee Cars car service who can assist you with your airport transfer from any of the Paris airports. Our Feels Like Home in Paris clients receive a discount code on their booking confirmation along with instructions on how to book with them.
You can also use the metro to get to the apartment but we recommend the car service as it is quick and efficient when you are arriving for the first time to Paris. You will also receive information on the closest metro stations on your booking confirmation.

Further details indoors: The apartment accommodates 6 people but you have the possibility of having an additional child sleep on the sofa. Please note that the sofa DOES NOT convert to a bed but is large enough to accommodate a child and bedding is provided.

A great apartment! This place is so cosy! This apartment is so near to the metro station making our shopping trips very convenient and easy. It is also surrounded by many delicious eateries. Great location!
My parents love the fact that this apartment has an elevator. So, they do not need to climb too many stairs like they used to when we stayed in another apartment.
My daughter spends her time chit-chatting through the internet which Joseph has taught us how to use. All in all, we have a very pleasant stay at the apartment.
Thanks to Joseph for showing us around the apartment on our first day. He is so patient with us.
