Our family friendly apartment (3 rooms with 2 separate bedrooms) is fully equipped, clean and very comfortable. It will be perfect for your family holiday in the capital (6 adults and 1 baby). It enjoys a convenient location in the heart of the shopping and family Village Saint-Charles (15th arrondissement).

Metro stations Charles Michels (line 10) and Javel (line 10) are nearby. You'll be in 20 mn with direct train RER C (available in Javel) to Palace of Versailles.

The Bus #42 (the Best Sightseeing Bus in Paris) will drive you directly to the best touristic places and is direct from the Gare du Nord train station (Eurostar). The bus cuts diagonally across Paris going through Place de la Opéra, past the grand Garnier Opéra, around Place de la Madeleine and Église Madeleine, through Place de la Concorde, up the lower Champs-Élysées, across the Seine on the Pont de l'Alma bridge, along the Left Bank quais of the Seine, through the Champs de Mars, around the Eiffel Tower and till Village Saint Charles.

You can also walk to the Eiffel Tower (15 minutes), the Banks of the Seine River (5 min), the Garden André Citroën (7 minutes).

You will live like a Parisian in the shopping and tourist area of "Saint-Charles Village" and rue du Commerce with its lively markets, number of shops, bakery, butchers, cheese shops and restaurants. Beaugrenelle Luxury Shopping Mall with 100+ luxury brands, panoramic barshops (opened in October 2013) is at 5 mn! The area is secure. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs' building is at proximity.

Our newly furnished apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small and quiet residential building with 2 elevators. The apartment overlooks a south facing private and quiet garden. An outdoor terrace along its entire length give plenty of light. The atmosphere is very calm.

The apartment of 71 m2 consists of a large living room with dining table, 2 seater sofa bed, TV led and large closet, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bath, teak worktops, washing machine and dryer, a separate toilet and also 1 cot for baby. The parquet floor is in teak.

For lovers of fitness, you also have a vibrating platform.

The apartment is serviced by two elevators accessible to people with reduced mobility. The building has a concierge and a garage for bikes and strollers.

All is inclusive: bed linen, bathing towels, water (hot + cold), electricity, gas, heating, wifi and final cleaning.

Vous pourrez rejoindre à pied la Tour Eiffel (à 15 mn), les quais de Seine (à 5 mn), le Jardin André Citroën, (à 7mn), et le bus N° 42 (le meilleur bus touristique de Paris) dessert directement la Tour Eiffel, les Champs Elysées, la Madeleine, la Place de la Concorde, l'Opéra et la Gare du Nord.

Comme un véritable parisien, vous séjournerez dans le quartier familial et très commerçant du "Village Saint Charles" avec nombre de boulangerie, patisserie, fromager, traiteur, primeur, banques, pharmacie et de restaurants.

Côté shopping, vous trouverez de nombreuses petites boutiques dans le quartier Saint Charles et la rue du Commerce et plus de de 100 enseignes de luxe dans le tout nouveau centre commercial Beaugrenelle qui dispose également d'un complexe de cinéma Pathé.

L'immeuble est très calme et offre un environnement sécurisé par la proximité du Ministère des Affaires Etrangères.

Notre appartement meublé à neuf en 2013 dans un esprit design est situé au 3ème étage d'une petite résidence de standing. Grâce à l'exposition plein sud et à la terrasse sur tout le long de l'appartement, chacune des pièces baigne dans la lumière et les rayons du soleil. La vue donne sur un jardin privé offrant le calme absolu.

Notre appartement de 71 m2, 3 pièces dont 2 chambres, se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre avec table repas, canapé-lit pour 2 personnes, TV led, d'une cuisine américaine toute équipée, d'une chambre avec grand lit double, d'une chambre avec 2 lits simples, d'une salle de bain avec baignoire, plan de travail en teck, lave linge et sèche linge, d'un wc séparé et également d'un lit bébé pliable. Le parquet au sol est en teck.

Pour les amoureux de la fitness, vous disposerez également d'une plateforme vibrante.

L'appartement est desservi par deux ascenseurs accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite. L'immeuble dispose d'un gardien et d'un garage à vélo ou poussettes.

Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Pour votre confort l'internet wifi et le ménage au départ vous sont offerts.

Et enfin si vous souhaitez visiter le Chateau de Versailles, le RERC vous y emmènera directement en 20mn.

"Excellent stay in Paris!"

The apartment was large and well furnished. All of the main rooms opened up onto a beautiful, quiet courtyard, so it was comfortable even without air conditioning. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed (except the food, of course, and that was a short walk away). The lobby was secure, and the elevators - though small - worked without fail. It was great having a washer and dryer in the apartment - they got a lot of use. The owner, Bertrand, was great to deal with, and went out of his way to ensure we had all the information we needed to use appliances, get around Paris, and have an enjoyable stay. His friend Victoria was also helpful - though her English was somewhat limited, (but much better than my French) we were still able to communicate just fine. The only problem we had was that taxi drivers had a hard time finding the apartment - the one downside for staying on a quiet street. We finally started carrying a map with the street highlighted, and that helped. When we were ready to leave, Victoria called for a car to take us to the airport. Our 3-night stay in Paris was far too short, and we plan to return for a longer stay. If and when we do, we plan to stay here again.

"Excellent Location"

This apartment was very comfortable for our family of five (two twin beds, one double and one sofabed). It had a well-equipped kitchen and was bright, spacious and clean. The owner supplied full details on how to operate the various appliances and provided some supplies such as coffee, sugar, salt and pepper etc, meaning we could focus our shopping on baguettes and cheese! The location is great, an easy walk to metro or RER and to many supermarkets, boulangerie and restaurants, and only a mile and a half from the Eiffel Tower. The apartment itself was nice and quiet as it does not face the street. Bertrand was helpful and accommodating, adjusting our checkout time to allow for a later departure so we didn't have to struggle around Paris with a suitcase. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to go to this apartment again

"Séjour professionnel tout confort dans un appartement bien situé"

Séjour d'une semaine avec 3 collègues de travail.
L'appartement est grand et très bien équipé.
Il est idéalmeent situé.
L'accueil a été excellent et le propriétaire toujours avide de donner des informations et de répondre rapidement à toutes les questions.

"Ideal"

An apartment perfectly suited to our needs, so clean and freshly decorated with all necessities catered for. If you want to spend some time in Paris immersed in the life of the locals as well as being within easy reach of all the touristy bits this is the apartment for you. The local market on Rue St Charles is absolutely fantastic, a feast for the senses.
The weekend was so lovely and warm so the heating was unnecessary but lots of fresh air can be let in through the open doors and the little balcony a bonus.
One small improvement could be a toilet roll holder in the loo!
