You are in the best and most expensive place in France. You can walk and see all Paris around you without a car.

Some of the city s most cosmopolitan shops can be found along the Avenue des Champs Elysees with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, discotheques, movie theathers, jostling for space between the famously branded shops.

for your information lot of restaurants have become very expensive since the euros became the national currency. This flat has 2 kitchens fully equipped.

The Central Paris / 8th / VIIIe area

This historic building is located right next to Claridge Hotel, Marriott Hotel and Fouquets. The Georges V and the Plaza Athenée are only one block away. Place Vendome is close too, this is an exceptional location and is very quiet inside thanks to perfect double glazing. Lots of restaurants, luxury and fashion stores, shopping centres, movie theather, museums, parkings and public transportations available .
