This apartment loft 85 m2 ( 1000 sqft ), 5m floor to ceiling, is a unique exceptional Loft at 76-78 av des Champs Elysées on the famous Champs Elysees with 2 balconies that boasts an unforgettable view of Paris, on the 4th floor with elevators in a limestone building. Haussmanian style built in 1913

This historic building is located right next to Claridge Hotel, Marriott Hotel and Fouquets. The Georges V and the Plaza Athenée are only one block away. You have 2 balconies that give you a breathless view on Paris : from Notre Dame de Paris to Arche de la Defense and among others celebrities : les Tuileries , l Arc de Triomphe la Tour Eiffel .
7 Guests can easily accommodate in this1000 sqft lofty with 5 m floor to ceiling ..for short term stay and
2 kitchens .
