The 8th district is one of the most prestigious in the Capitale, it hosts the Champs Elysées, The president & Prime minister Palace , Grande Couture (fashion) in Rue Saint Honoure, Restaurants, great concert halls.

There you will live like Parisians thanks to the food market of Ternes and enjoy the proximity of Champs Elysées (5 minutes walk) until late at night.

Within 200 metres : Champs Elysées, Salles Pleyel & Gaveau for Classical music performance, Le Lido for 'French Cancan'. Various Restaurants, Cinemas and Shops. Parc Monceau. various Museums.

How to get there

Located in the very heart of Paris next to Ch. de Gaulle - Etoile, Ternes, George V & St Philippe du Roule stations (all within 5min walk).

Direct from Gare du Nord with bus (line 30, 31 or 43) stops 50m. from the aparrtment. Costs one ticket (you can buy in the bus). Taxi from Gare du Nord would cost about 10 to 15 euros. You can also take the Metro, change at Barbes and exit at Ternes station.

From CDG Airport , take the Air France Bus (Le bus Air France) Line 2 and exits at the 2nd and last stops at Etoile (Arc of Triumph) from there the apartment is about 250 m.

From Beauvais Airport, the bus leaves you at Porte Maillot from there take Metro line 1 and exit at George V or take bus 43 until the 'Hoche St Honoure' stop.

Deposit corresponding to 25% of rental fee to secure booking.
Upfront payment one week before arrival for non cash payments
Refundable breakages deposit of 150 Euros required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure.

Christophe & Nadine were extremely helpful & pleasant - nothing was a problem & we enjoyed the location greatly - a few minutes walk to Champs Elysee & several metro stations. The apartment was warm and clean & everything worked. For a music fan such as myself, the CD player in the bedroom was a godsend. Great to be able to prepare your own meals & have the odd drink at home as well, as for most people, Paris is a quite expensive city. This apartment is terrific value for money & it will be my first choice if I am lucky enough to go back to Paris."

"The apartment is in a great location right next to the Arc De Triumph and Champs Elysees. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed to self cater. The owner even left us a bottle of wine. The area is surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes. There are two train stations within a couple of minutes walk and the Louvre and other central attractions are only 10 minutes on the train or 30 minutes walk. I would highly recommend this apartment."
