Ref. 15056 - This is a unique and spacious loft apartment, set within a former convent building and overlooking a lovely courtyard.

Occupying a total floor space of 75m², the apartment is located on the third floor of its building (without a lift) and, with its two double bedrooms, can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Its oak parquet flooring, timber beams and natural choice of décor lend the space an almost nautical feel, and there's plenty of natural light all throughout the rooms. The flat benefits from heating in the form of wall radiators, making it a perfect choice right through the year.

In the living area you'll find three separate sofas, a coffee table and cosy fireplace, with a TV, radio and stereo system to keep you entertained. Each of the two bedrooms contains a comfortable double bed. Meanwhile, the kitchen has been furnished with all the equipment you might need to whip up some classic French cuisine, with a fridge/freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and even a juicer. In addition, there's a washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has been crisply decorated in a clean, minimalist style, and includes an inviting bathtub together with a shower. A full set of towels is also provided.

No doubt you'll be keen to get out and about and explore the city once you arrive! You can do this very easily by catching the subway just two minutes' walk from the flat, and taking line 9 directly to the Grands Magasins department store, the prestigious Champs-Élysées, or the Trocadéro in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower. The Père Lachaise cemetery, considered to be the world's most visited burial ground, is also just a short walk away. The flat itself is located in a typically Parisian street, with a butcher's and cheese shop at your disposal.

Live like a local in this apartment with real Parisian appeal.
