Home description

The place is located right in the centre of Paris in the 9th district. Walking distances from the apartment
are: 5 minute for the nearest metro station, 25 minutes from the Louvre Museum, the Seine River and Notre Dame. The area is safe and quiet. There is several metro station near by and you can walk to Opera area. There are plenty of supermarket and stores in the area.

The Paris/Ile de France region

Visit Paris by walk as you will be in the centre of Paris, go to Eiffel Tower in the night, walk on the Champs Elysées, go shopping on the Large Departement stores.

Central Paris / 9th / IXe area

From the flat you can walk to Opéra and Large departments stores of Paris, On the north side of the flat, 15 minutes by walk you can go to Montmartre area and vist Sacré Coeur.

How to get there

Choose one of the numerous low cost airlines : easyjet, ryanair, volare web, wizz, skyeurop, or arrive at Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon.

From the airports, train station, the flat is very easy to access either by public transportation (direct), taxis, and buses...

The place is fully furnished included Cd player, TV and alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200cm composed of 2 independent mattresses of 80 cm x 200 cm each. There is also one extra mattress of 80 cm x 200 cm. There is also a bathroom and a kitchen inside the apartment, these bathrooms and kitchen are open on the flat. The flat is located on the 6th floor with a lift.
It is a very quiet place.

Cleaning option
For the cleaning when you leave, you have two solutions
Either you do it completely before you leave, or I order a specialised company to do it and it is 25 euros (please inform me with your booking). You should vacuum and mop the floor, wipe the tables, chairs and kitchen, clean the basin, the toilets and the shower cabin, empty the fridge and clean it, clean inside the oven, take out the garbage and put it in the garbage-bins in the yard.
Please notice that an invoice of 50 euros will be send to you if the cleaning is not done after you left the place.
