There are many shops and stores for food around the flat and the open air market located rue Lepic, and rue des Abbesses are just 50 meters from your flat.

The flat has easy connections with the major tourists attractions such as Opéra Garnier and mains streets for shopping (15 minutes), Champs Elysées (15 minutes). It can be reach easily by every airports and train stations.
Walking distances from the apartment are: 3 minutes for the nearest metro station.

The flat is in the Montmartre area, there is a direct access by metro to Champs Elysées, visit also the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, the Louvre Museum, and the Grands Magasins.

The flat is very bright and covers a space of 40 sqm with a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a separated bedroom with a bed for 2 people, a separated kitchen, bathroom with toilets. There is also a small sofa room with a sofa bed of 120 x 200 cm. The place is fully furnished included CD player, regular TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided.

Cleaning option
For the cleaning when you leave, you have two solutions
Either you do it completely before you leave, or I order a specialised company to do it and it is 40 euros (please inform me with your booking). You should vacuum and mop the floor, wipe the tables, chairs and kitchen, clean the basin, the toilets and the shower cabin, empty the fridge and clean it, clean inside the oven, take out the garbage and put it in the garbage-bins in the yard.
Please notice that an invoice of 50 euros will be send to you if the cleaning is not done after you left the place.
