The apartment is situated in the wealthy, safe, residential 16th/8th neighbourhood, also known as the "Golden Triangle". The apartment is located on a lively, fully serviced street including several grocery shops, bakery, meat shop, wine/liquor store, pharmacy, flower shop, dry-cleaner, restaurants and cafes. A variety of shopping, boutiques, cafes and restaurants are located within walking distance, as well as movie theatres, night clubs and other evening entertainment. Twice a week a large outdoor market offering everything from fruit and vegetables, clothing, dishes and other wonderful treasures is setup 5 minutes by foot from the apartment. The apartment is very centrally located providing easy access to just about every other area of Paris. Most notably, the apartment is a 5 minute walk from the main metro line located at the famous Arc de Triomphe (Metro line 1: Charles-de-Gaulle Etoile) that runs through the heart of Paris. This metro station is also the connection point for various other important metro lines leading to popular Parisian neighbourhoods, tourist sites and museums, and in particular Euro Disney. Most other major metro lines are within walking distance from the apartment or easily connected to by one of the closely situated metro lines. Additionally, given the central location of the apartment, there are several major bus routes which run close or within easy walking distance of the apartment.

Further details indoors: This lovely, charming and attractive, one bedroom apartment (32m² or approximately 320 square feet) was fully refurbished in February 2007. It is a clean, comfortable and quiet apartment located on the 2nd floor (walk-up) of a classic, well preserved French style building. The apartment building is located away from the street and city noise. The building entrance is equipped with two digicode doors and the apartment is secured with a double bolt door lock with non-duplicable keys for maximum security. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, 2 element stove, washer/dryer, toaster, coffee maker, plus cooking utensils and various dishware, pots and pans, iron, and ironing board - everything to make a visit to Paris as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The bathroom features a small bath/shower, toilet and sink, hairdryer plus an assortment of luxurious towels. The view from the large living room and bedroom windows is unobstructed and opens up onto the courtyard of Parisian style apartments. The apartment accommodates four persons. The apartment is fully furnished with care and attention and graciously highlights the elegant wooden floor. The apartment features a top-quality, queen size bed (160x200 cm) in the bedroom and comfortable double sofa bed (140x190 cm) in the living room. The bed and sofa mattresses, as well as the linens were all newly purchased in 2007. The living room and bedroom are tastefully decorated and display retro Parisian wall art work. The living room hosts a TV/DVD and CD player, high speed internet and cable TV. A dining table comfortably seats 4 people.

There is a minimum 3 nights booking, and 5 nights for December and in the Summer (June July August). Shorter stay are available on request only.
Conditions
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Cleaning option For the cleaning when you leave, you have two solutions Either you do it completely before you leave, or I order a specialised company to do it and it is 25 euros (please inform me with your booking). You should vacuum and mop the floor, wipe the tables, chairs and kitchen, clean the basin, the toilets and the shower cabin, empty the fridge and clean it, clean inside the oven, take out the garbage and put it in the garbage-bins in the yard. Please notice that an invoice of 50 euros will be send to you if the cleaning is not done after you left the place.
