This large studio has been fully renovated in 2004. It is equipped with all furnitures from Cable TV, local phone, CD player, oven, fridge, stoves... The bathroom and toilets are located in the flat.
The flat has one large bed and a sofa bed located in the same room.

The Paris/Ile de France region

The flat is located in the very heart of Paris, in the second arrondissement. This area is very convenient to visit Paris by walk. 3 lines of Metro, 2 RER lines and many buses lines stops are located near the flat

Central Paris / 2nd / IIe area

Louvre Museum is located 10 minutes by walk
Notre Dame is located 15 minutes by walk
Shopping is very convenient at Galeries Lafayette and Printemps (10 minutes by walk)

How to get there

From Beauvais Airport,

There is a bus leaving directly after the flight arrivals.
Take a bus inside the terminal, it is 10 euros / pax. It is a 80 minutes journey. You will arrive at Paris Boulevard Pershing.
Actually you will be behind Paris Congress Centre (Palais des Congrès). Go in front of the building, take the metro line 1 (direction Chateau de Vincennes) and change at Concorde for line 8 (direction Creteil - Prefecture) and get off at Bonne Nouvelle.
Take the exit “Boulevard / rue Poissonnière” your place is located Rue Poissonnière

From CDG Roissy Airport

Take RER Line B and change at Gare du Nord (all trains stop there) for line 4 (direction Porte d’Orleans) and get off at “Strasbourg Saint Denis”. Then either take line 8 (direction Balard) and get off at the next station “Bonne nouvelle” or walk on Boulevard Bonne Nouvelle up to you cross rue Poissonnière (rue not Boulevard). Please be very careful with your bagages on the line RER B.

From Orly Airport

Take ORLY VAL, then RER LINE B and change at Chatelet-Les Halles for Line 4 (direction Porte de Clignancourt) get off at “Strasbourg Saint Denis”. Then either take line 8 (direction Balard) and get off at the next station “Bonne nouvelle” or walk on Boulevard Bonne Nouvelle up to you cross rue Poissonnière (Rue not Boulevard). Please be very careful with your bagages on the line RER B.

From Gare de Nord

Sorry it has been so long, and I have not written to say thank you for a wonderful apartment(s) and location in Paris. Our family enjoyed the rooms on Bonne Nouvelle very much. Several friends have already stayed in your apartments, and I have told others about the choice. All are thrilled with the location and price.
