This grand apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building dating from the 17th Century, with sweeping views over the Seine, Notre Dame & The Conciergerie. Not far from the Louvre and Musee d'Orsay.

Chez Claude is perfect for four people (either 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children).

Completely renovated in 2008 with double glazed windows, you will find total modern luxury mixed with original features such as parquet floors. Immediately in front of you is Ile de la Cite - the island that is the birthplace of Paris. The Latin Quarter and St Germain Des Pres are your back yard.

Chez Claude is elegant, spacious at 60 square metres and practical.It has large rooms and no nooks and crannies so the apartment feels really large. It has all the modern amenities that you require including a brand new bathroom with dual head high pressure shower (unlimited gas hotwater), hand basin and toilet.

The beautiful bedroom offers absolute comfort with a brand new double bed.
In the lounge, a cleverly designed high quality double sofa bed, located behind a drawback curtain (for privacy) gives you an extra bedroom at night and a French sleigh single bed means that Chez Claude can easily accommodate four adults, or two adults and two children, in absolute comfort. A LAPTOP COMPUTER IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR USE WITH UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED INTERNET and internet phone.

Your apartment is located along the River Seine opposite Notre Dame, the Pont-Neuf and Ile de la Cite, not far from the Louvre and Musee d'Orsay.

Located on Quai des Grands Augustins, a UNESCO world heriatge site and over looking the Ile de la Cite the birth place of Paris.

The Central Paris / 6th / VIe area

Located on the "rive gauche", the "sixieme arrondissement" is a close neighbour of the Latin Quarter. The sixth tends to be a bit more elegant with its antique shops, cafes and designer boutiques. This is one of the most sought after zip codes in all of Paris, and you would be very happy to stay here. It includes the oldest church in Paris - St. Germain-des-Pres as well as popular cafes in Paris, Cafe de Flore and Les Deux Magots.
The Luxembourg Garden is also a draw of the beautiful 6th arrondissement.

Have just returned from Europe and wanted to drop you a line with regards to the apartment. Both Tina and I loved the apartment and the location. On previous trips I had always stayed in the Marais so it wsa great exploring le Rive Gauche more intensely. The apartment was so comfortable we would generally stay there in the evenings after diner and vegetate, looking out the window, drinking wine and loving it. We would definitely love to stay there in the future and would highly recommend it to our friends. Thanks again.

€260 per night for 1 Master Bed, €290 per night for 2 double beds, €300 per night for 3 beds with minimum stay of 5 nights.

The price includes personal check in, fresh linen and cleaning.

25% deposit is required when booking. This is non-refundable and is to be paid into the owner’s bank account on confirmation. The balance is required 2 months before your arrival at Chez Claude.

A ‘security deposit’ of €700 must also be paid in cash on arrival. This is refundable, and will be returned in full if there is no damage to the apartment. The renter is required to have a travel insurance policy with Public Liability cover for each person.

Credit Card Payments

To pay by Credit Card a 5 % surcharge will be added to the rental price. Visa & Mastercard are accepted.
