The charming apartment,fully furnished, of 32 m2(344 square foot).is located on the fifth flour, it’s very bright, beautiful light,sunny and very clean, in a standing building, very quiet and safe, with two digicodes and an elevator.
It contains a living room of 20 m2(215.2 square foot), a separate kitchen,a bathroom, a nice entrance with cupboard and storage space.
There is a wonderful 6m2 (64 square foot) balcony which has an open view on a garden.

It's also close to "Gare de Lyon" one of the main parisian train stations.
Boulevard Picpus offers a convenient starting point for parisian excursions.
It is an area of major traffics (subway, buses and express subway "RER").
Subway line 6 situated downstairs the building brings directly to the
"Champs Elysées", it has stops at the famous Parisian monuments,"la Tour Eiffel", "Trocadéro" and "Montparnasse".
Subway lines 1,2,8,9 and RER A are about 5 minutes by walk. You can easily reach Chatelet and “Opera”,the famous department stores, “Musee du Louvre”,Sacré coeur Montmartre, “Notre Dame”, Saint Michel,Saint Germain des Près.
You can also, reach easily “Château de Versailles” and Eurodisney parc.

“Out of the city, ideal location for the price, great public transport.” Li Siam made us very welcome upon arrival, meeting us at the apartment and took us for a short tour around the area making sure we were familiar with shops, pubs/bistros mini markets post office etc. Opposite Bel Air metro made travelling anywhere easy. Great food,wines and beer places nearby. Clean and well appointed. Very happy to go back here.
