The living room is very comfortable and closes up from the bedroom with sliding custom made glass doors. The living room has a very comfortable banquette bed with a real mattress (Roche Bobois). The apartment has a flat screen TV, Wireless Internet, telephone, a washer dryer, stereo system. This flat is very well equipped for your pleasure and comfort.

Located in the heart of Paris, you have three Metro Lines (1 ,9 and 13) and all the buses at the Rond Point des Champs Elysees which is 1/2 block from the apartment.

Paris will always be Paris and one of the most gorgeous city in the world World Renown Avenue des Champs Elysees.
This property is located in the heart of Paris, at the bottom of the Champs Elysees and across from the Grand Palais Museum and is walking distance to all areas of Paris, including the Tuileries, the Louvre, the d'Orsay Museum and the Eiffel Tower.

Parks are also located across the Street, so is the beautifully restored Petit Palais Museum and Grand Palais Museum with its magnificent glass Rotunda.

You are also walking distance to many theatres.
The Champs Elysees are all the "in" shops, as well as all the expensive designer shops of the Avenue Montaigne or Avenue St. Honoure.
