This original little house on four levels is in one of the few neighborhoods in Paris with small individual houses. It has four open levels with sliding doors. It has been renovated to get a maximum entry of light on all levels. To allow for an optimal use of space the two bathrooms have been integrated into the bedrooms. The kitchen, dining room and sitting room with functioning chimneys are on the groundfloor. The basement with a window out into the yard has been converted into a second sitting room with a sofabed. On the first floor the first bedroom has an integrated bathtub and a bed that can be converted into a sofa during the day. The study on the first floor can be separated by Japaneese sliding doors. Under the roof the second bedroom has a separate shower. In the summer it is very pleasant to dine out in the yard.

The Paris/Ile de France region
The house is 5 minutes walk to the Buttes Chaumont, the beautiful 19th century landscape park and close to the futouristic Park de la Villette, the Cité des Sciences and the Cité de la Musique with openair concerts in the summer. On the Place des Fêtes, five minutes wallk away there is a big market three times a week. The animated quartier de Belleville is close with its ethnic restaurants and small shops.
