Home description
This modern apartment, which has recently been completely renovated, is less than a minutes' walk from cafés, boulangeries, newsagents, grocers, chemists and much more. The central fashion shopping areas of Paris are within a short taxi, bus or Metro ride, where you will find all the latest fashion in clothes, shoes and bags, home decoration, or anything else you could wish for. All the historical sites and monuments are within equally easy reach, as are the wonderful quarters of the city. What better place to relax in a pavement café, and watch the world go by? The apartment has a new, fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, but for a special meal out, you won't find a larger choice of restaurants anywhere else in the world! If it's just a sandwich or a snack you are looking for, again, you are spoilt for choice. The apartment is situated on the garden-side of the building, and is on the second floor. The communal areas of the buliding are of a very high standard, well maintained and cleaned daily. There are lifts to all floors, and a security code for the main entrance door.

The Paris/Ile de France region
Paris is a city which needs little introduction; known all over the world for its romantic atmosphere, beautiful architecture, cuisine, and fashion. The city is steeped in history and culture. Visit the Eiffel tower, the numerous museums (including the Louvre), Notre Dame, the Sacré Coeur, the list is endless! For the fashion conscious, head for the Champs Elysées, the Marais, St-Germain or Boulevard Haussmann, where you will find everything you could wish for. If you'd like to soak up some of the legendry atmosphere, go for a leisurely stroll along the banks of the River Seine, in the district of the Marais, the Quartier Latin, Monmatre, or even in the famous graveyard Père Lachaise! The nightlife in Paris is legendry, there are cafés and restaurants to suit all tastes, and clubs and cabarets, such as the Moulin Rouge stay open until the small hours. If you venture a short distance from the centre of Paris, you will find the Chateau de Versaille, Fontainbleau and Eurodisney. And of course no visit would be complete, without a trip down the Seine in the Bateaux Mouches.
Central Paris / 15th / XVe area
The best know landmark in the 15th arrondissement is the Montparnasse Tower, from where you can get a magnificent view of Paris. There are also two beautiful parks (André Citroën and George Brassens), where you can stroll around the trees and fountains,or sit and watch the world go by. You can also visit one of the many museums, discover the streets and their shops, or just take a coffee in one of the pavement cafés. The Parc des Expositions is also to be found here, where all through the year different exhibitions are held, such as car, holiday and home exhibitions. There is even a cinema with a panoramic, 180° screen, called Kinopanorama! Finally, the apartment is located 100 metres from the Pasteur Metro station, where there are two lines, N° 6 and N° 12 connecting you to the whole of Paris.
How to get there
