The apartment is situated very near to the "Arc de Triomphe", one of the most famous monuments in Paris, located in the centre of twelve converging avenues, including Avenue Kleber. The nearby Place du Trocadéro provides one of the most beautiful panoramic views of Paris with a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower.

The Champs Elysées, the most beautiful avenue in the world, is not the place of luxury that one imagines.
