Located in the centre of Paris, this charming flat consists of 3 rooms with 4 sleeps. You will be in the centre of Paris, close to La Sorbonne and le Pantheon and 2 minutes walk' from the Mouffetard area (shops, cafe and restaurant)
This is a typical parisian flat (wooden floor, high ceiling) which has been refurbished in April 2007. The bedroom is very quiet (over looking a interior court)

If you want to live as Parisians live then this is the place! The flat is in a lovely old Parisian building where people say bonsoir as they pass on the stairs coming home from work! The stairs being beautiful old wood spiralling up from a geometric tiled hallway, truly lovely to come home to! The flat is very quiet and spacious with a separate kitchen we cooked great meals in and the dining room has wonderful views over the bustling streets below. Gobelins metro as you step out the front door was great to use on a few rainy days and brasserie Le Cannon des Gobelins a few doors away to sit and sip red wine! The organic boules, croissants and apricot tarts from the Boulanger de monge close by were the best ever! A great place to be, lovely flat and easy to get around Paris from. |

I stayed in this apartment with my husband, mother-in-law and my mother for a week. Yes, quite a group :). The landlady Patricia was very helpful and kind throughout the process. That was the most unforgettable of all. Other than that the apartment was lovely. The best thing about it was the superb location, practically next to the metro station. Plus the area is very nice, with cafes and supermarkets around. There is even a street bazaar selling fresh products nearby. The only thing that could be a problem was that the apartment is located on the fifth floor and there is no elevator. This was OK for us because my husband carried the luggage up and down, but it may not be convenient for very old people or those who have problem climbing stairs. The apartment was very clean and organized. The kitchen was fully equipped with all kinds of utensils. There was a foldable bed which was very helpful; this way the moms did not have to sleep on the same couch :). All in all, we were very pleased with our experience and would strongly recommend it. |
