"A beautitiful place to relax"

The flat is very good located near to several metro stations close to Canal St Martin in a lively suburb with many young people, lots pf pubs and trendy stores, which especially our teenage kids enjoyed, but we, too. The flat is very cosy furnished, so you feel home at once. The local manager war very friendly and helpful. Everything went fine. A nice place where we would like to come back again.

"Highly recommended"

The apartment was clean, practical and very well equipped. Perfect for a family of four or two couples. The owner and the property manager were friendly and provided excellent service all the way.
The location is good. Not right next to a Metro station, but the kids loved walking through the park en route to the Gare de l'Est.
There are several good places to eat nearby
Though we did not need the indoor parking, this should be a great boon for some.

"The Real Paris"

A very comfortable and well furnished apartment. The property manager (Jean Francois) friendly and helpful. It was cold for April but the apartment was cosy. The area around Le Canal is not your typical tourist place but has real atmosphere. Good "French" bars and restaurants without Bvd Hausmann prices. 10/12 minutes walk to the Metro.
The apartment has a nice little private garden area with table and chairs. Sadly it was a bit cold for us to use it but would be a great "chill out " place after a hard days sightseeing.
