I am a french parisian young woman, and this studio is my parisian "pied-a-terre", as i am now mainly staying at my house in the touraine area (les chateaux de la loire).
The large studio (31sqm/377sqft) is located on the top floor of a building (elevator of course), downtown Paris, France. It has a big balcony & a panoramic city view, from bedroom and kitchen grande bibliotheque, tour effeil, montmartre, montparnasse, la défense....you can see it all facing south and west, the flat is very sunny and quiet.
As it is located at the top floor of the building, no-one will be walking on top of you head

The Paris/Ile de France region
The area is very parisian, a stone's throw from the famous Père lachaise! you can easily walk to the area BASTILLE (same arrondissement), via the rue de charonne, reknown for its parisian night bars scene.
At 7 minutes walking distance for the furthest one, you have 3 different open fresh foods market, open every day but tuesday. A big supermaket is right at the botom of the neighbouring building. it has an eclectic choice of products, including, bio, cheese "à la coupe". An excellent wine retailer half a block away.
To get around the city, at a 5mn walking distance max, 3 different metro station can take you directly to area republique, opera, champs elysées, gare de lyon, chatelet
About the père lachaise: Cimetière du Père Lachaise is the largest cemetery in Paris, and one of the most famous cemeteries in the world. The cemetery is a veritable roll-call of the great and good who have illuminated all facets of French and Parisian life over the past 200 years or so.
Famous people as Jim Morrisson, Edith Piaf, Gilbert Bécaud, Yves Montand are buried there.The property, situated on the side of a hill from which the king, during the Fronde, watched skirmishing between the Condé and Turenne, was bought by the city in 1804 and laid out by Brongniart, and later extended.

At a walking distance (7 minutes) from the famous PERE LACHAISE cimetery , the flat is very conveniently located in downtown paris, with 3 metro line stations at a walking distance, that will transport you DIRECTLY to opéra, chatelet, montmartre, champs élysées, montparnasse ...
A nice stroll down the rue de charonne, will allow you to reach bastille within 15 to 20 minutes.
2 typical fresh parisian market at 10 min walking distance maximum Marché charonne: wednesday 7:00 to 14h30 & sat 7:00h to 15h00 Marché pere lachaise: tuesday & friday : 7h to 14h30.
For evening drinks, nice and very parisian FAIDHERBE_CHALIGNY area at walking distance.
Supermarket is just downstairs.
Parisian boulangerie, delicious food and wine shops round the corner
