About the home

Big renovated apartment with an area of 100m², located on the 1st floor with elevator of a small building near Chinatown. It is very quiet with lots of charm. It's composed of a large living room with kitchen fully equipped. It has a large leather corner sofa that turns into a double bed.

Then, a large bedroom with double bed, with bathroom and large dressing. A second bedroom with double bed. Then a third bedroom with a double bed and one single bed, with a computer area. Finally, this apartment has a large bathroom with big bath and toilets.

The Central Paris / 13th / XIIIe area

The 13th arrondissement of Paris is one of the twenty arrondissements of Paris. It is located on the left bank of the Seine. It is surrounded by the 14th arrondissement in the west and north the 5th district. To the south, it shall, beyond the ring road, with the towns of Val-de-Marne, from west to east Ivry-sur-Seine, Le Kremlin-??Bicetre and Gentilly. The district borders the Seine to the east, separating it from the 12th district and the right bank.

Today it is best known for his Asian district, the Butte-aux-Quail and for implementation in the 1990 Bibliotheque Nationale de France on the Seine.
