Ideally located near the metro, the flat is in the heart of Paris. The flat is located in the very safe area of Paris, the Bourgeois arrondissement 16th. The studio is located in a standing building. The flat is very quiet as it is overlooking a garden. There are plenty of food shops and local restaurants near by (5 minutes by walk from Rue d’Auteuil). There is a convenient supermarket just on the other side of the boulevard.
The flat is the perfect gate for a successful true Parisian stay. The metro station is 50 meters from the flat.
You can walk in 15 minutes to the Eiffel tower.

Your flat is located in the very "bourgeois" 16th arrondissement of Paris. We can walk to the eiffel Tower. The Roland Garros tennis courts, for the FRENCH OPEN are very closed.

Theree are plenty of local restaurants and food shops on rue d'Auteuil. There is a large supermarket on the opposite side of the boulevard.

How to get there

Located inside Paris, the airport sare : ROISSY CDG, Orly CDG and BEAUVAIS (BVA) for low costs companies : easyjet, ryanair, Jazz, Wizz, Sky Europ, Volare Web...

Nearest train station are : Gare du Nord (for Eurostar and Thalys), Gare de Lyon (from Spain and Italy)

The place is fully furnished included Cd player, cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200 cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a brand new bathroom and toilets inside the apartment.

The flat is located in the very "high standard" building, with 2 safety doors. The flat is located on the 1/2 ground floor, overlooking a garden. It is very quiet.

Conditions

Cleaning option
For the cleaning when you leave, you have two solutions
Either you do it completely before you leave, or I order a specialised company to do it and it is 25 euros (please inform me with your booking). You should vacuum and mop the floor, wipe the tables, chairs and kitchen, clean the basin, the toilets and the shower cabin, empty the fridge and clean it, clean inside the oven, take out the garbage and put it in the garbage-bins in the yard.
Please notice that an invoice of 50 euros will be send to you if the cleaning is not done after you left the place.
