Our two level, loft apartment, completely renovated in 2011, and appointed with all brand new furnishings, is located in Paris 9th arrondisement on rue Blanche, between Opéra and Montmartre.
This charming apartment is reminiscent to Paris in ancient times with its cobblestone courtyard. This 65 sqm split level apartment appeals to honeymooners, families, friends and business people alike.
The tastefully decorated living room is completely furnished with comfortable sofas, a work desk, a 40-inch LED screen television (with a full selection of satellite channels) and blu-ray DVD player for your pleasure.
A fully equipped, open kitchen with the bonus of a nespresso coffee machine is just another added convenience to make guests feel comfortable at home. Another added feature is an in-suite washing machine complete with everything you need to do your laundry.
You are ensured quality sleeping arrangements: all brand new bed linens made from organic cotton, and high-quality of pillows and beds. Our three thoughtfully decorated bedrooms are upstairs on the loft level with comfortable beds: a master bedroom with one queen size bed (160cm x 200cm); a bedroom with one full size bed (140cm x 190cm), on the mezzanine which is open to the living room; and a bedroom with two twin size beds. (The bedroom floor has a lower ceiling. The ceiling height is 1,83 meters for the main bedroom, 1,79 meters for the mezzanine bedroom, and 1,75 meters for the last bedroom.)
We offer short-term rentals and our affordable standard year-round rates include free wireless internet access and free international phone calls. No cleaning fee.

Located in a residential street, our apartment is only steps away from Trinité business area and Moulin Rouge, and is within walking distance to world renowned, fashion department stores, the Opéra Garnier, Place Vendôme, Montmartre. The Tuileries gardens and the collections of the Louvre are also within easy reach, and is only 5 bus stops away.
While you're here, you will be mesmerized by the variety of shops, numerous theatres and restaurants in this area. They are what make this area one of the most dynamic in this city of romance.

AT THE AIRPORT
There are two airports serving Paris - Charles de Gaulle and Orly. From both airports we recommend that you take a car - either a taxi or the limousine service, particularly if you have a large amount of luggage. A taxi from Paris, Charles de Gaulle airport will cost approximately € 60,00 and from Paris, Orly will cost approximately € 50,00. If you are travelling light you may wish to take public transport. From Paris, Charles de Gaulle you may take the direct bus to the Opera. This is called the Roissy bus and costs € 10 per person. However, with a 12-minute walk when you arrive at the Opera, we advise against this option if you have heavy bags.

We enjoyed a lovely mothers-daughters weekend in Paris. It was so nice after a day filled with sight seeing to come back to such a comfortable and well equipped apartment. We felt safe and the beds were extremely comfortable which is hard to come by when not sleeping at home. Emma and Alex were perfect hosts. They had snacks and drinks ready for us and we appreciated Alex's gentleman ways when he carried our luggage for us. They were very helpful in many aspects of planning our trip and I hope to come back again. |

The owners Alex and Emma were extremely welcoming and helpful. They were there to greet us on arrival as the apartment is tucked away behind huge doors on the narrow Rue De Blanche. They showed us around the apartment and pointed out local and favourite amenities in the area. "Alex you were correct about the local patisserie around the corner, simply wonderful". There was a lovely complimentary bottle of red also to enjoy during our stay too. A nice touch. The apartment was simply stunning and was beyond our expectations. We were looking to stay in a central location (a little of the beaten track), quirky and different to your normal hotel room; a place which let you feel you were living like a local. It ticked all the boxes. It was literally 300 m down the road from Moulin Rouge and about a twenty minute walk to Louvre. We arrived by Eurostar and it was 8 Euros 5 minutes in a taxi. The giant doors opened on to a well appointed court yard. A spiral staircase that looked a little run down but added a sense of character and 'French Flavour' led to the beautiful apartment. The apartment itself was one of the highlights of our trip. It had everything from the nespresso machine to the most comfortable bed I have slept in (outside my own). The apartment was french decorated with an eye for detail in every nook and cranny. It was also extremely clean. Although small, it is so cleverly designed it would comfortably sleep six. A unique place that we would never forget. If I was to move to Paris for a year I would higher this apartment for the entire time. I would like to thank our hosts Alex and Emma for providing an amazing place to stay in Paris. Hopefully we will return again one day as we have every intention to stay there again. |
