About the home

As you pass the building gate, you arrive in a beautiful private garden. Our 85 square meters house with it's private entrance is completely surrounded by calm. It's a like having a country house in a middle of Paris.
All the accommodation are a walking distance.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR

A cosy living room with flat TV, internet wifi. Sofabed for tow people, Coffee Table, Armchair, tow Windows on the garden, Parquet flooring, an open kitchen totally equipped ( fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher.....), a Dining Room Table.

A separate restroom with sink and washing machine.

FIRST FLOOR BY A WIDE STAIRCASE :

A master bedroom : Double bed, Bedside lamp, Desk, tow Windows on courtyards, Parquet flooring, Wardrobe, Cupboards, shower, sink.

2nd bedroom : 2 Single beds (who can be transform in one double bed), Window on courtyard, Parquet flooring, Wardrobe, Cupboards.

3rd bedroom : Double bed, Desk, Window on courtyard, Bedside lamp, Parquet flooring, Wardrobe, Cupboards.

A Bathroom : Bath Tub, sink, Tiling.

And One separate restroom.

The closest Metro is Mouton Duvernet ( line 4 direct to St Germain des Prés) is just across the avenue . You have also different bus station in front of the building : n° 38 ( to go to Montparnasse), n°68 (direct to the 6 and 7 arr : The Bon Marché, St Germain des Prés.....), n° 28 (direct to the Champs Elysés).
Direct RER B line from CDG and Orly Paris Airport.
Easy to go to Salon des Expositions : "PORTE DE VERSAILLES" and "VILLEPINTE".

“Hidden Parisian Gem” We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the owners made us feel very welcome and it is perfectly located for all modes of transport, the Metro is directly over the street, the bus stop is just outside the main entrance door and the RER train station is easy walking distance up at the end of the road. The property itself is a beautiful traditional parisian 2 storey house hidden away in a secluded courtyard behind the bustle of the main street. It's in a retail/residential area with an abundance of shops cafe's and restaurants, 'Cafe Rendezvous' our personal favourite, but eating is not a problem in Paris, the difficulty is in deciding where to eat ! we ended up only eating back in the Holiday home once, as the temptation of all the excellent eateries was too much for us to resist. With so much to do and see in Paris I really recommend this property as an excellent launching pad for all the activities and sightseeing treats she has to offer, I also advise the purchase of the travel ticket 'Paris Visite' bought at the RER train station, this allows you unlimited travel on the Buses, Metro and Trains.
