This brand new flat is located in Central Paris. In less than 15 minutes you can walk to Opéra or Louvre Museum. It has direct connections with the major tourists attractions such as Opéra Garnier, Champs Elysées and mains streets for shopping (10 minutes). The largest European pedestrian area “Rue Montorgueil” is located less than 15 minutes by walk. This area is full of restaurants, food shops. It can be reach easily by every airports and train stations.
Walking distances from the apartment are: 2 minutes for the nearest metro station and bus.
The area is safe and quiet.

The flat is located in the quiet area of a very lively arrondissement : you can walk to the Opéra and to the Major departement stores. There are plenty of museums nearby the flat.

How to get there

Many low cost airlines are flying to Paris : easyjet, ryanair, air one, spanair, volare, myair, skyeurop, buzz....
There a 3 majors airports to reach Paris : Orly, CDG Roissy and Beauvais (1 hour 20 minutes by bus from Paris).
You can also use Eurostar and Thalys TGV trains from London, Brussels, Amsterdam.

This brand new studio has a wooden Versailles Floor, the kitchen is fully equipped and separetad from the main living room. The bathroom is fully equipped.

The place is fully furnished included Cd player, cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 220cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a brand new bathroom and toilets inside the apartment. The kitchen and the bathroom are separated from the main room.

Further details outdoors:
The flat is located in the 17th century building very well managed and renovated. There are plenty of food stores near by and the metro is located just 2 blocks away.

Conditions

The rate includes everything such as: power, hot & cold water, heating, lighting, and taxes.
The rate does not include bank transfer fees (usually there is no fee inside Euro countries for regular bank transfer).

Cleaning option
For the cleaning when you leave, you have two solutions
Either you do it completely before you leave, or I order a specialised company to do it and it is 25 euros (please inform me with your booking). You should vacuum and mop the floor, wipe the tables, chairs and kitchen, clean the basin, the toilets and the shower cabin, empty the fridge and clean it, clean inside the oven, take out the garbage and put it in the garbage-bins in the yard.
Please notice that an invoice of 50 euros will be send to you if the cleaning is not done after you left the place
