About the home

The living room has two large windows overlooking lively rue St Martin and is perfect for watching the passing parade and listening to jazz being played on a Sunday afternoon.Close the triple glazed windows and enjoy the view without the hustle and bustle from the street. There is a double sofa bed, a lounge chair, a dining table with four chairs,as well as fully equipped kitchen.

Modern, tiled bathroom with shower/bath, toilet and basin. Bedroom has a queen bed, built in robes and cupboards. Maximum occupancy is 4. Towels and linen supplied.Electric panel heating. No smoking.

General:
1st floor, no lift. High speed Internet. Laptop computer. Cable TV. DVD player.Free phone calls to Australia (land-lines only). Kitchen: Refrigerator. Microwave. Oven. Hotplates. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Living-room: Sofa bed. Bedroom: Queen bed. Bathroom: Bath-tub with shower.

General terms and conditions:

Security Bond:
This bond will cover any damage or loss of equipment or accessory in the apartment and
by no means will be used to charge our customers any extra costs which are not due.
Unless there is a claim, the security bond is refunded one week after departure.

Bills:
All bills are included. There are no additional charges or tax of any kind to add to the
all-inclusive rate stated above.

Cancellation by customer:
Except for the security bond, there is no refund of the amounts paid in case of a
cancellation by the customer. We strongly recommend that our customers have travel
insurance with cancellation costs included.

Insurance:
The customer declares to be covered by his own personal insurance against direct or
indirect injuries that may occur in the premises. He will not have any claim against the
owner arising out of the above. Customer belongings left in the property during their
stay cannot be insured by the owners.

Payment:
Initial deposit: $500 to confirm your reservation. The balance of the rental and the
security deposit are to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival at the apartment.

Check in time is 2:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM.

Hi Tony,
Thank you for your email.
Once again we had a wonderful stay at Rue Saint Martin.
I love the renovations!!! The double glazed windows make a huge difference to the
street noise- not that I have ever been bothered by noise.
The apartment was pristine and having spent some time in the housekeeping field I
would most certainly notice any 'discrepancies'.
Natasza was her usual welcoming, bubbly self and very informative despite our arrival
being delayed.
Time spent in your Paris apartments is always time well spent.
I have referred you to many people over the years as it is so comforting to be able to
book an off shore apartment locally with such ease and peace of mind.
The only feedback I could give would be the possibility of bathroom scales. With Beatrix'
patisserie so close to the apartment I can assure you I have no inclination to weigh
myself however despite vowing not to shop too much we always end up with suitcases
brimming and literally hold our breath until our bags have been weighed in at the
airport !

Dear Tony,
Paris truly is the city of all cities.
I love being there as a very privileged visitor.
The weather was superb as was the apartment.
The location in the Marais was ideal.
So close to the action of Paris.
Our welcome by Natasha was warm and enthusiastic. She made us feel truly at home in
the apartment.
All the conveniences of home were in the apartment.
The double glazed windows are an excellent attribute , as the noise from the street is
easily shut out when closed.
The security system to the apartment was well devised,(not that I felt any fear or
threat of danger while in Paris or around the apartment area).
The convenience to the Metro is great.
The only criticism I have of the apartment(and it is only a small one)is the couch is most
uncomfortable to recline on,especially after a hard day of being a tourist,who has
walked and walked so much in a day!
Thank you for making your apartment available for rent.
I certainly will recommend it to any of my friends and colleagues who are visiting Paris
and want a more Parisian experience than a hotel.

Hi Tony
Thank you for the refund of our deposit.
Dave and I had such a wonderful time in Paris at Rue Saint Martin. It definitely felt like
home away from home and we think we might like to visit Paris again for even longer and
stay there as it was such a great location and central spot.
The apartment's facilities were excellent and we received such a lovely warm greeting
from Natasha. Luckily for us the weather was perfect the whole time and we did lots of
sightseeing and eating out at bistros. I read the guest's log first thing so I could find
out what everyone had to say.
Thank you again and Mary for picking such a wonderful spot.
As I type this we have just left Chalon du Sur on our river cruise which is also fantastic
and we are sailing down the Soaone to Tournos.

Both Mum and I had a really fantastic stay in Paris. The apartment couldn't have been
more perfect, great location, safe, well equipped and very comfortable.
It was also completely spotless, so no complaints about the cleaning!
Natasza who met us at the apartment was also absolutely lovely; warm and welcoming
and full of information.
I've spent a lot of time in Paris over the years, but I honestly think rue St-Martin was
the best spot I've stayed in to date!
I've already been recommending the apartment to friends and wouldn't hesitate to book
through you again. You're very lucky to have such a fantastic place in Paris!

We are now back home and finding it hard, as one does, to settle back to "normal" life.
Thank you for the return of the bond money. We had a wonderful time in Paris(our 3rd
time)and we just loved your apartment in Rue Saint Martin. It was so well appointed we
wanted for nothing. We met both Irina and Serge and they were so helpful. We are
already spreading the word to our friends and family and so you may have some more
business in the near future. The patisserie was a real bonus for our fresh brekky(David
walked down the street each morning) and we felt very secure.

apartment on Rue St Martin, it was fabulous, so close to everything and in a great area.
My husband loved sitting in the leather chair by the window listening to all the activity
from the cafés and the street below and after a long day of walking around it was so
nice to come "home" to the apartment and relax. A special thank you to Natasza, she is
terrific, she really made our stay memorable from her greeting to her local knowledge
she was a Delight, many thanks again we had such a great time in Paris and can't wait to

Bonjour Tony,
Just a quick note to say thank you for the use of this wonderful apartment - I am sure
you have heard it all before but thank you anyway! One thing that we regret from our
stay here is that we didn't read the visitors book earlier - we thought it would just be
one of those books that people say how marvellous the place was but to our surprise it
was full of helpful hints of places to go etc . Never mind we will just have to make a
return visit!
